The order was placed on-line through the Cushion.Com website on July 5, 2011.  When checking out, the shipping information related that someone at the destination would need to sign for the shipment. We did send an email change to fabric selection the next day and promptly received confirmation of the change.  The cushion arrived on Aug 1, 2011 via UPS folded in half in a plastic bag and brown shipping paper.  I signed for the cushion on the UPS receipt form as requested.  When unpacked, the cushion was deeply creased where folded and would not lay completely flat.  We took pictures and sent an email with photos to the customer support and shipping departments and inquired how we could rectify this as the cushion could not be used as intended in this condition.  There was NEVER a reply even though our auto receipt showed that the email was received.   Although the workmanship of the cushion was excellent before the shoddy shipping, we will be ordering our patio cushions and a replacement for this cushion from another firm.  We were glad that we didn't order everything at once from this company!
