Great results, but the contractor was very difficult to work with. Didn't tell me they had received materials to start the project, then told me I had 40 minutes to make payment otherwise we would miss the starting date. Had some difficult getting a COI for my building. Asked for project payments without submitting pictures/video of the completed work, threatened to halt work if I didn't pay (when all I was asking for was proof that the work had completed). Again I want to be clear that the work was great, but the communication was very unprofessional and this is something that customers should be aware of.
