I would leave him zero stars if I could. This guy is a total scam artist - beware ! He convinced me to upgrade my Pentair unit to avoid glitches I was having in my newly installed Pentair unit ( that had been installed by somebody else) assuring me, it would prevent future glitches. I paid close to $3000 for supposedly the latest and greatest unit. After continued glitches , I found out later from another company that the 2nd “ new “ unit installed was a 25 year-old unit for which no parts were even made anymore. On top of that the panel breaker that he installed in the Painter unit did not match the breaker in our electrical panel, .Only one example of how I got ripped off.

This business is a scam.  He has no idea what hes doing.  He installed my backwash valve upside down and used JV Weld to secure the PVC.  Obviously the seal broke, and it flooded my yard causing the pump to run dry for hours.  I asked him to come by the next day because the job was not done right, he did and begin trying to convince me that his pipe coming unsecured and the pump running dry had nothing to do with the pump going out.  The pump was less than 2 years old and was working flawlessly before he entered the picture.  I offered him to either replace the pump or just to refund my money for the job he did that ruined it in the first place.  He refused and now I will be taking him to small claims court.  This guy is a con artist and makes up excuses to sell you more stuff.  The first thing out of his mouth was that I should replace my filter system for about $800.  Stay away from him.  I had another pool company come out and replace my pump and they said it was 100% his fault and not to use him ever again.
