Dog was happy, hair was slightly shorter than I liked but this was the first time and it was understandable. Next time we will get the length right. There were several options such as teeth brushing, ribbons or bandana, toenail painting which I chose not to do. Staff nice, facility clean. Price market value.

lf Was suppose to be a complete grooming. I asked that my dogs paw hair be clipped. Ears were not very clean. Paws were not clipped. Bath was satisfactory. I called and owner told me she asked groomer to clip paws, but he not do it. I could bring dog back and it would be done. I decided to return to my other groomer, who charges half the fee.

As far as we could tell, it went very well, dog was not afraid or nervous when we picked her up and she looked wonderful.

I initially selected this particular groomer because the do not cage dry, they hand dry. Their facility is very clean and plesant. Customer serivice is wonderful - from the time I called to make the apt, to the drop-off and pick-up.
I have used this groomer several times and have always been pleased with their service. Although I do think the price is a bit high - Mazie has senstive skin and requires the use of sensitive or oatmeal shampoo and that alone is an $8 upcharge. I have never paid that much before at any other groomer. However, regardless of the price...Mazie's cut has never looked better. Plus, she seems more calm and happy when I picked her up. This confirms to me they are kind and compasionate to the animals and isn't that one of the most important things??
Overall I am very pleased and will contiue to use Dapper Dog for all of Mazie's needs.

I called and spoke to Pam to set up an appointment for my dogs first grooming. She was very nice and professional on the phone. She verified I had their exact location and even called back the evening before our visit to confirm the appointment.
I was met at the door by Vertilio, one of the groomers, who asked me several questions about the type of clip I wanted. He listened to all my thoughts and confirmed my requests. I left the dog and received a call about an 90 minutes later that he was ready.
Pam met me at the dog, and thanked me for the businesses. I was interested to hear about their other services, so she filled me in on their boarding and day car services. I found the facility clean and the staff very professional. Their pricing was extremely good too. My dog looked and smelled GREAT!
We will definately return for future grooming.

They are just very courteous, very friendly, and they have really good prices for grooming and bathing. They are also very punctual.

I have found them to be very courteous and friendly and the animal seems to be calm when picked up.
