Arrived on time. Did the work quickly and efficiently. Did what they promised and did it well.

They were timely and completed the work as promised.

My husband was able to talk to the owner about 15 minutes after we discovered the leaking....Scott was knowledgable and helped him to get it turned off....then his son was out about 2 1/2 hours later and by noon I had a new unit working properly! (Used to have a home warranty and always had to wait up to 4 days to get them out to EVEN access the situation!) Emergency Relief ! Gotta love a Family Business! Will definetly recommend to neighbors!

Super honest on price and won’t up sell. Was looking at tankless but after talking with him and our needs we went with a tank. Scott won’t steer you wrong!

I rated this experience with 5 stars, based on the fact that Scott went beyond what I found other companies actions even though he did not install a system, but I hired him. I wanted to have a gas tankless water heater to replace a standard electric water heater. A previous water heater was gas, so the gas lines were already there. Scott gave me the price for the scope of the project. Because he knew that I needed hot water, he agreed to install a new system the next day. He offered to stop by on his way home from another job. He asked me to send him photos of the current set-up to determine all that was needed. He wanted to make sure of the set-up I had to determine how much work needed to be done to convert back to gas. He had me send additional photos as needed to determine what he needed for the install. So, he felt confident that he did not need to come by until the next day to do the install. I could tell from discussing the project, that he knew what he was doing, so I felt comfortable hiring him. plus, he guaranteed that he would complete the job no higher than his quoted price. Well, that night I turned on the hot water.... and wouldn't you know....it was hot, so I didn't desperately need the new water heater. "Water Heaters-Plus" is a small company and I felt bad that he had purchased everything anticipating a morning install. I offered to pay for the materials that he purchased and would pay for the labor at the time of the install (I'll probably need the unit soon). He told me not to worry... just to contact him when I'm ready. I cannot find the correct words to describe the professional and caring actions of this man. He was the only service provider that I found to be so accommodating. He did not ask for a service fee to come look and give an estimate like other companies. He never discussed any upcharges. He said that he could work with my current gas set-up...... and his rates were in line with the lower end of published estimated costs for purchase and installation for converting to a tankless system from a standard water heater. He also told me that he would install a top of the line system. I have no reservations with having Scott install a new system. ... and I have no reservations recommending him.... plus, I have his address if things go sideways. (lol)

Scott and his son did a great job. They researched my failed water heater, found out it was still under warranty, swapped out the old for a new, charged me only for the labor. Thanks guys
