Water Heaters-Plus

Came out on January 1 at 6pm and was done by 8pm. The tenant was happy, the owner was happy and as a Realtor, I will keep them in mind for the next time I have a client needing a new water heater.

They were out first thing in the morning and had me back up and running within a couple hours. Awesome service both cost and quality.

Scott repaired 3 toilets for us. The fix wasn't sufficient for these cheap toilets so they came back the next morning and rebuilt them. The customer service was excellent.

Got a call from tenant late and searched for Water Heaters in the local area. Home Advisor came up (first experience with HA). Submitted info and got 3 calls early the next morning. Hired the first one and the remove and replace was done by 10 AM. Also looked at leak in kitchen sink...tightened flange and no more leak......no charge. Good communication and quality work. Will use HA/WH+ again. Great for out of state Landlords.

All went very well and I'm happy with the overall experience. The small markdown was that as part of the unpacking and install the unit was dented and scratched.

I received good quality work for a reasonable price. I took off a a half point for Customer Service only because we had an agreement to call me prior to doing anything other than what was agreed upon. I did not receive a call. I explained up front that I was the home owner and there was a tenant that would be there at service time. As you know, the home owner makes the financial decisions, not the tenant.
