Was on time. Worked quickly. But did not Install brand agreed to. Didn't install drip pan as agreed. Refused to install electric cut off switch that was on prior unit. Get items in writing before starting!

Scott was awesome. Came out with everything ready in a couple days. Replaced everything brand new, showed me how it all worked, and even pointed out some other plumbing issues of things we should have resolved soon. Told me who to call and even how to do it ourselves. Honest guy who gets the job done.

I had a number of price quotes from other plumbers including my A/C guy who offered me a special discount. Scott's price was $250 lower for the same water heater. The installation was done quickly and efficiently and the area was spotless when they left. All good!
