"Horrible. Worked with the roofer directly and paid him directly. When I received the final bill from Disaster Plus there was additional charges for the roof. When I asked about the charges I was told that was for the first time the roofer came out. The roofer told me in person that he just put a patch and would have to come back to actually fix the roof. Disaster Plus then threatened to put a lien on my house if I did not pay over $500 for work NOT done. They were also upset I did the flooring myself and texted me,"you did the flooring IM NOT loosing any more money from this deal". This was after my insurance company was charged 1750 for the cleanup. Roof was 650 (quoted 500 no big deal great work), and 900 for drywall. Avoid at all costs."
