+ -1 moreHe was really efficient with installing my air conditioner and servicing it. If your air conditioner goes out he comes out immediately to service it for you. He is professional and he doesn't spend a lot of time fooling around. I have used him for almost ten years.
Description of Work: I had him install an air conditioner and heating unit. I call him once a year to check the unit out. The price was good, however I don't remember the cost.

+ -1 moreI got Tom's phone number from a plumber who had done some work for us. I called Sunday and he called back Monday morning. He was very nice and gave me a rough idea of what repair was needed and the approx cost. He was correct as to the problem and cost. We were very impressed. He was very professional and honest. He answered questions we had about the ac unit and wrote a detailed explanation of what he found the problem was and what was necessary to fix it. Tom was EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: Our air conditioning system was not working at all. It had been off for 3 days. The temperature in the house was 90 degrees and the temp outside was 111 degrees. Tom found that there was a hole in one of the lines that had allowed all of the freon to drain out of the unit. He had to take the air conditioner apart and weld the hole and then re-charge the unit with freon.
