I wanted to expand our home security system and change monitoring services. Redline responded promptly, gave me a professional estimate and schedule, showed up on time with professional installers, did good work and trained my wife and I in operating the new panel. A couple of minor programming glitches were corrected expeditiously. In the past I supervised the design and commissioning of high-end commercial systems and this team met my expectations in all respects.

I'm not sure the camera is still functioning correctly. I walk out the driveway or pull out in my car and nothing records. Then numerous times of the day I get notification and check the video and nothing is in the driveway. I need to monitor but I believe this camera is defective.

Redline came out faster than I expected and was really knowledgable about my system even though it is an older system, he was pleasant and polite and friendly and listened to my needs, a very smooth interaction and I just can't say enough about my experience.
