Work was done quickly. Friendly and competent employees. They did say switch would be replaced as part of the install on pool light fixture, but this was not done. Why I went 4.5 and not 5star on work quality. They also stated it would be $20 off bill because my light was spa size and not full size. This didn't happen either. Thus the 4.5 on value. In their defense, I did have them waste a trip as I thought my light was full size, so I wasn't going to sweat them $20. All in all, very efficient, pool light looks great and is functioning as it should.

After initial quick response, Adam said he would come no later than the following Monday to give an estimate. When he did not show up or call, I followed up by calling him the next day to ask why, he said he hadn't saved the conversation in his phone. When he came, we agreed on work to be done the following Monday, and the technician came as promised, did the repair quickly, then returned the next day to install a fuse that needed replacing. Very good job, more extensive repairs will be done when weather is cooler.

Did a good job.

Platinum pools- Adam came out and they were amazing even though they werent able to fix the pool they got her in touch with someone who could.

Bad water sensor. Had the part on truck. Quickly got the Heater up and running.

They kept trying to sell me on a weekly service. I had to tell them multiple that I didnt want it. I asked them about scrubbing the sides of my pool and possibly power washing the deck. They did not say they could or could not, they just kind of ignored that part and it never got done or acknowledged. I mainly paid them to clean/replace the filter cells. I noticed when I got home after work that there was some weird gunk in my backyard and it killed some of the grass. I think it might have been from them hosing off the filters , but don?t know for sure.

Adam was great. Came out to the house and did all the work while we were at work so someone would not have to take the day off. Asked for picture of the pump ahead of time so he would have the parts he needed. Fixed everything and the pool is back up and running. Priced very reasonably

My 13 year old pool was in need of some pebble tech repair. I first called Shasta, my pool builder because I had a Lifetime warranty. Not so much I found out. They would not talk to me about repair but tried to push me into a total remodel... so I contacted Home Advisor and long story short hired Adam and his team for my pool repair. He called immediately, was there the same day with an estimate. I hired him and within 3 working days my pool was drained, repaired and start up chemicals added! So happy, now waiting for that magical 85 degree water temp to swim. Thanks Platinum Pool Care. I will absolutely use them for my remodel in a few years! Dawn and all her pups.

We already use Platinum for pool maintenance at our rental property, but I didn't know they did repairs also, and we were paired with them here on HomeAdvisor. We had a failing area of pebble tech between the pool and spa that Platinum fixed with a pebble tech patch and travertine and it turned out amazing.

We had a really good experience with Platinum Pool Care. Adam was great at overseeing the job. He kept us informed on every phase and the work was done quickly and efficiently. His subcontractors were excellent and worked really hard. I would definitely recommend this company if you have pool repair work to be done.
