When I called Handyman Connection, Alan gave me a rough estimate on the phone, told me all about the company, and scheduled Justin to come the next day. Justin was prompt, friendly, careful and conscientious. He even helped me to set up the TV. The TV looks great; I would definitely call Handyman Connection again.

I contacted Handyman Connection by e-mail, requesting an estimate for some drywall repair and interior painting of a condo we had just purchased in Sun City. They responded immediately to my e-mail and were able to meet us at the property on the day requested. Mark called beforehand to confirm our appointment, and arrived on time with everything he needed to do the estimate. He was very courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. He was able to get the estimate by the next day, with three different price options (depending on how much we decided to have done at one time). It was very difficult to decide between the three estimates we got, but we opted for one that was cheaper. I would not hesitate to use them, and will definatly call them for another project.

My experience with Handyman Connect was very very good. Tim was very helpful and knew his stuff. I've always felt that if a business treats me right I'd continue to business with them my entire life.

Mark was a dream come true in a handyman! He had the equipment & know how to fix every little nuisance project I had. He even cleaned my light fixtures & performed several other small upkeep jobs with a smile on his face. Mark answered all my questions & gave me tips on everything from flooring to painting. Every job he preformed he did correctly & in a timely fashion. I plan on scheduling him to come back out to install a larger dog door in my kitchen wall and relocate an outdoor electrical socket. Having Mark work on my home was a fantastic experience & I will highly recommend Handyman Connection to all my friends!

Every time I have requested services from Handyman connection, they have been prompt, on time, professional, and very conscientous about their job. I have never had to have them come back to repair something they already did. Recenlty I had two side entry doors replaced, and it was an exceptional job by Bob Sanford. I will definitely use them again.

Shad came out and gave a free estimate to do the job. I received other quotes and liked his the best. I called and spoke with him about the job before hand to see which type of ceiling fans I should buy. He arrived on time at put in a full day of work up in the attic, and in each of the 3 bedrooms. When the job was complete, each fan looked excellent and did not even wobble at high speed. He did an excellent job of cleaning up the area behind him.

Outstanding in every way. Punctual (arrived 30 minutes early), courteous, warm, kind, professional. I received a call from the Handyman prior to the appointment telling me that he was on his way. I would not hesitate one second to recommend this company and Rob (Handyman for this particular job) for any type of repair work. Their fee was extremely reasonable considering I was quoted almost double by other services for the same job. I am so incredibly impressed by how smooth this went. Due to other work being done on home had sudden need for quick service. Called Handyman Connection and they came right away, ready to work. Fixed all problems and then left. One of the spots (technician said it might be a problem, and to call if need be) did bubble up after fully drying. They came out immediately and fixed the issue when called again. No further issues. They were knowledge, prompt and worked to their estimate of both time and money.

Gary was sent to our home to replace bathtub caulking. The job turned out to involve replacing the shower door track which was damaged by another company. He located the part, returned the next day to install it, removed all the old caulking and replaced with new. He flipped the shower door which had been installed backwards by the original builder. He also cleaned the tile around the tub. Our bathtub looks brand new! We are extremely pleased with his work and would recommend him highly.

The guy installed the switch plates which were good and I liked that. When a switch plate is installed, you have to make sure that it’s put straight. That’s the basic thing and it wasn’t straight. So that was disappointing. They did offer to come back and fix that. It’s really annoying to have a second appointment. Other than that, it was all okay. The guy was way too chattery. He was chatting about my home décor and it was none of his business. He got the job done anyway. I would ask for another person to come out the next time if I need their services. I would use their services again in the future.

They did a tremendous job. We were not there to see the final work, we had to move before they were finished but our realator said they did great work. They showed up when they said they would. They would call if they were going to be late.

He cleaned up his mess. He was tidy, professional. He called me to tell me he would be late, and I was happy to get that information. I was very happy to work with him. He followed all of the standard rules and lived up to them.

All went very well. He gave me a written estimate before he began. Called me with up dates as to how all was going. Finished up within a reasonable amount of time, and I was happy with the results

The bathroom in my guest house was completely backed up. Called Handyman and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. Source of the problem was full septic tank, and the tech declined payment, as "he couldn't fix it." Suggested septic company. A most polite and gracious tech.

The price was reasonable and he did a good job. They were very responsive and I'll will have them come back for future work.

I fell through my drywall ceiling over the weekend and made an irregular shaped hole. Handyman Connection was courteous over the phone and scheduled an estimate for the following day. Craftsman (Bob) showed up right on time, assessed the job, and got right to work. Did a terriffic job. My ceiling is textured, and the Craftsman repaired the hole and even matched the texture very closely. Once it's painted (which I'll do), it will be very difficult to tell there was ever a whole there. All in all, an extremely professional job performed by a talented individual. I'll be using this Company again.

Day 1: Drywall man came over on time and gave about the same estimate that was given over the phone. The price did seem high, however with the great reviews we decided the quality was worth the money. He began work right away. About two hours later, the stucco man came over to start on his side of the wall. Lets just say day 1 was a very LONG day... The drywall guy stuck around for about 5 hours.. Kinda hanging around the house waiting on something to dry. Almost like we couldnt get ride of him! Anyways, after he left we looked at his job. The drywall was awful. It stuck out like a sore thumb. The texture didn't match at all. And my laundry room was a mess. Dust and other praticals were everywhere. We let everything dry over the weekend, before we jumped to any conclusions. We noticed that the stucco was cracking all along where the doggie door was, and that drywall was even worse after the 3 days. Not only did the texture not match, but you could tell he didn't perform the job correctly and you could literally see the wood frame coming out of the drywall. We called up the office and they scheduled another day for both drywall and stucco men to come out. Day 2: Stucco man came out, on time and did everything that was needed to fix the cracks. Stucco looks great now. Day 3: New drywall guy comes. Took him to the laundry room, and his first comment was "wow, this is the worst job I have ever seen. The guy must have been retarded." So for someone who works at the same company to even notice how bad of a job it was its awful. Anyways, new drywall guy started taking off what the last guy did. He pretty much had to start over. Well he didn't finish and had to come back another day. Day 4: We were so sick of having these handymen over by this time! Same guy from day 3 came. On time as usual. After he was done doing whatever he did, he came to tell me he was done and gave me some "tips". Tips you may ask. WELL, tips on how to sand down my wall to make it even once it set. I am sorry, but paying $500 for a doggie door patch up, to not even be painted and I HAVE TO SAND IT MYSELF? I didn't say anything to the handyman, I just said OKAY, and let him leave. After he left I called the office, and best answer I got back was "I'll call you tomorrow". So here I am sitting with an large unpainted area on both inside my home and outside, as well as dust and particles everywhere, dripped plaster on my tile floors near the spot that was worked on, AND A NICE PIECE OF SANDPAPER. All in all, this was not worth the time, or money. I would never use handyman connection again.

Original quote was requested 1/4/11, work was performed 3/30/11 due to business travel and out of town visitors. When I was ready for the work to finally begin, I contacted the person who provided me the quote. We set up the time for him to begin work and he was promptly at my home at the agreed upon time. About halfway through his work, the handyman approached me in my office to indicate he and the owner/managers had a falling out and that he was no longer employed with the company being reviewed here. Not wanting to leave me with half the work done, the handyman offered to complete the task but I would be paying him directly. I was in a bit of a jam here in that I didn't want the work progress to stop while I waited for another person to come out and complete the job. So I had him finish the work and paid him directly. One would think that I would have received a call from the owners to let me know they were sending out someone else. But I never received any call. Fortunately the work that was performed was perfect. The timing of the HR related issues was poor planning on the Handyman Connections management and their follow up with me didn't exist. At least one of the two parties was professional.

Rob arrived exactly on time and ready to work. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I described all the various tasks and expressed my desire to find some things I could do while he worked. He organized the tasks and started immediately, offering a helpful suggestion here and there as requested. He worked non-stop throughout the day, then returned next morning to finish. I would hire this guy and work with this company again, any time, and plan to do so for an additional project in the coming weeks. Great work, great price, pleasant interaction, and all exactly on time. All good. No negatives. Way better than I expected, and I expected a good experience.

I recently joined Angie's List and this was my first search and use of a trade from the list. I have a rental home which needed a kitchen faucet replaced. I purchased the replacement parts, went to the home to install, as I consider myself capable of small jobs. As I checked out the problem, I quickly realized at age 67, I ain't as "agile" as I was 30 yrs ago...things are a little confining under the sink. I was confident I could do the job but understood that my 1hr estimate could drag out to several hours and if I messed something up, and had to go out for parts.....well, my great tenant did not deserve that sort of delay. So onto Angie's List I went, called Handyman Connection, explained to Jerry my situation, that the parts were already purchased and I just needed remove and install help. Jerry took the info, checked the schedule and stated Ray could be at the property the next day between 2-4PM. I accepted the offer and asked him to call my C# so I could meet Ray at the property. Next day about 2PM, Ray called to update his arrival time to 3:15-3:30. I drove to the property to meet Ray. At 3:30 Ray called to state he was 10-15mins away! Ray arrived, he looked at the task to be done, looked over the parts I purchased, gave me a cost and time estimate. I felt it was very fair and asked him to make it happen. Ray was very helpful, explaining what he was doing and why. He was finished within the estimated time, cleaned up everything and reminded the tenant to check under the sink for the next several days to ensure no leaks. Ray advised if leaks were found, call Handyman Connection immediately and he would be back out to repair. I was very pleased with the whole scenario from initial call to completion of job.....and the faucet don't leak, for which my tenant and I are very grateful. Thanks Ray and Handyman Connection.....I'll be back to you for another job!

Dave arrived at the appointed hour, was personable and easy to work with, and performed all the work expertly. He went to Home Deport to get additional parts and even did some things that weren't on my initial list. I would definitely recommend Handyman Connection to others, and Dave specifically.

The people that came out from Handyman Connection Company were great. They did excellent work. I would absolutely recommend them. I would use them in the future if need arose.

I was very impressed with Don Burnham and Handyman Connection. We walked through what I needed done and discussed the cost. Then he went straight to work and finished in just under four hours. I expected to find a little mess (drywall dust) from the installation, but there was not a speck when he finished. Don even replaced a dead light bulb that he noticed in on of the bathrooms. I would definitely use Handyman Connection again. The Angie's List Discount was also a plus.
