Communication was excellent and Tim was very thorough in explaining why I was having these issues. His background and experience was a positive and all work was completed with great care.

Gary came out and was outstanding! He was on time and super thorugh and detailed. He found other issues with my doors (replaced the thresh hold) and even took the time to use my original paint to touch up the work he did. I would absolutely use them again!!

My service through Handyman Connection started out poorly, they never showed up for my first appointment and did not call to cancel it either. However, the next day one of their reps called me and explained that he had made a mistake, apologized for it and offered to set up a new appointment (which I did). On the second appointment, Gary (the handyman that did the work at my house) showed up on time, and called about an hour in advance to let me know we were still a go and that he should be on time. He had to go to Home Depot to get some parts for the repairs and he started them immediately. It was obvious he knew what he was doing, he was a hard worker, did good work and was nice to my pets (worth noting since not everyone is). I thought their pricing was fair, but what really sets them apart from all the other services out there was how they handled their mistake. They took ownership of it (didn't make excuses) and apologized. When I need another handyman, I will certainly call them again.

Kelly was on time - very pleasant - excellent work.

He wanted me to remove the ceiling on my own as he stated if he would have to do it, it would be $5000 or more. He worked down there for a couple of hours, but said it was beyond what he could do. He took the outlets down and removed wires from the ceilings, but didn’t put anything back. I haven’t yet followed through with the work.

Wesley Stryczek is truly a professional, both in skill and neatness. He was always punctual. Friendly personality everyday, and worked constantly. I plan on another big project in the kitchen involving replacing bay windows with energy efficient ones and adding outlets for three computers. Thanks for the great referral. Johna Peulecka

I saw a coupon for this company and checked their references on Angie's List before calling. I called and they arranged to come out and do a free estimate. Rob was the name of the handyman they sent and he was very friendly, professional, and seemed knowledgeable. He was prompt for both the estimate and to perform the work. I was pleased with the services and would use this company again.

The handyman was Patrick Brady. He arrived promptly was brought everything he would need. He was friendly and very professional. The fans look and work great.

They were courteous, came out for an estimate when they said they would, and we were very impressed with Kelly in particular, who was very precise and let us know exactly what materials to get. He even gave us his direct number in case we had any questions.

The person is very nice. The work that was professional, but just a little bit expensive.

I contacted the company and the person who answered the phone was great. He assured me they could get the job done before a party I had scheduled the next week and would send a handy man out the next day and could probably do the job then. Appointment was scheduled.The person came out and told me I needed to get all the materials and he would do the job. I explained I needed him to figure out the materials and get them as part of the job. he told me he would email me an estimate, day and time he would be able to get it done.He never emailed me. I called, no answer. He finally called and asked me if I had gotten his email. I said no and he laughed. That was the end of that business relationship

Everything went really well. He is a very good painter. Everything went really well. He is very conscientious and was great at communicating with me about the job.

Contacted Handyman Connection for a quote to repair the fascia boards on my deck cover. There was some drywall and painting involved. The scheduler indicated that the technician would call prior to the scheduled time to give me a closer time of arrival. He was scheduled between 10:00 and 2:00 pm. Scheduler also said that with the job being small the technician would bring his tools and could get most of it done. Technician called at 10:15 and said he would there in 30 minutes. He arrived an hour and 15 minutes later (45 minutes late from his time of arrival). Gave me a quote of $850 plus materials. At worst case there might be 9 hours of work involved. He also stated that he couldn't do any work that day as he had been overbooked...........

Some of the work was pretty easy. They were busy. I am not sure about the price I paid. I would use them again.

John arrived EARLY (thank you very much!) and after I explained the problem proceeded to troubleshoot and effect the necessary repairs. He was finished in about 25 minutes. I was so impressed I asked for two estimates on additional project work along with a written estimate. He is scheduled to return next Wednesday to install the outdoor lighting. I couldn't be happier.

It was great. I called the company and they said "Bob" was coming out to give me a quote. Bob showed up on time and called before arrival to let me know he was coming. I showed Bob what needed to be done and he quickly provided me with a reasonable quote. He needed to replace the ballasts in the garage lights but informed me that he could replace the entire fixtures with new ballasts for almost the same price. He went to Home Depot and then came back and spent the day working non stop. When he was done the job was perfect. The new texture over the ceiling was a perfect match for the old, which is very hard to do, and the lights all worked perfectly. Bob cleaned up and was very professional. I will use this company again, and I recommend them.

After locating the Handyman Connection on Angie's LIst, I contacted the owner, Alan, who immediately scheduled an appointment according the date and time I needed. The "handyman", Ginny Sirany, promptly arrived at the agreed upon appointment time. Ginny was very professional and obviously skilled in her trade. She handled the tasks I needed done in in a proficient and competent manner. I was impressed with her knowledge as well as her expertise. She is definitely a "keeper". Overall, the company was extremely responsive and I would recommend them highly to anyone in need of handyman assistance. Many thanks....

Pat was great and VERY awesome. He was punctual and did great work. He was VERY thorough and precise. He was patient and gave good suggestions. It took longer than planned, but he did great work, so it was worth the wait. I plan to hire him again to do more work soon
