Rick called and confirmed the time the morning of the appointment and let me know when he would be arriving. He listened carefully to the work we needed performed and was extremely helpful with his advice. He provided a fair price for the tile replacement and was able to start right away. During in the work, a couple of snags were encountered but he handled them efficiently and skillfully. His work was extremely well done and we are very satisfied. Even when he encountered grout strong enough to break 3 drill bits and the tile wouldn't break because of the type of material underneath the tile, he didn't change the quote price. He also helped answer questions about future repairs and went above and beyond our expectations. For our future repairs, Rick and Handyman connection will be our company of choice.

Since I had had a heart attack three weeks prior, I was unable to perform this work myself. I needed to get this repair finished before a rain storm hit, so I called Handyman Connection late in the afternoon on Friday. A workmen arrived early Monday morning, The quote he gave me was a fair price, so I agreed, and he started on the job immediately. Dave, the handyman assigned to my job was very friendly, and had the job completed in a very timely manner. I will recommend Handyman Connection to my family and friends, and I will also use them in the future as the need araises.

His work worked out pretty well. He came over and fixed everything to my satisfaction. So that worked out alright. He charged me around $300 or something like that for his services. Everything he did was good. I think he pretty well stuck to his work. I think he came and gave me an estimate, and he just stuck to that estimate. He pretty well rushed through it and got through in a timely manner. Everything was great. He’s good. His pricing was reasonable for what he did. I think he was fair. I will use him again in the future if I need to.

They were great. They took care of the problem at about half the price compared to everyone else.

Handyman Connection is an excellent company. They did a good job. They were reasonably priced.

Overall, they were pretty good. They had first sent out a guy for some work and he did okay, and then they had a different guy come out to fix some stuff and do other work, and he was very good. The second guy actually ended up fixing a couple of the first guy's errors. It was unfortunate that there were errors but they were very good about getting back and fixing it, and not charging for things that were supposed to be done right the first time. They fixed their mistakes well but it was just that they made those mistakes.

It went extremely well. I called on Monday, and we were able to make our schedule work Phil to come on Thursday morning between 8 and 8:30. He was here on time, carefully examined the job, gave us a price, and did the work -- all done by a little after 10 a.m.! It looks great, too. I think this company has an excellent policy about how they price their work -- they give a labor estimate and you pay for the cost of materials. The labor estimate in our case included the glue for the tile.

Wesley was a great person to deal with, very knowledge about what he was doing, and he was a joy to be around also. He started on time every day and did not even quit to do lunch ( ate on the run). We will have some more work done by this company when we can.

Wesley S. came on time for the appointment and gave us an estimate, a week later we had him do the work. He is a craftsman and he replaced the door and trim expertly. Even though he had to modify the opening to fit the standard size, he left no mess and there was little dust in the house. He also was able to get us a deal on the door, Handyman Connection does not mark up the cost of the parts or supplies. We intend to have Wesley back to do some other doors and work we need.

I called them on a Friday and they came out promptly on Monday morning, and walked through my rental home with me and gave me an estimate that was a great price, I will use them again! I was able to rent the home immediately after they did the repairs. It was so convenient and quick and I highly recommend them! They did everything from replacing a kitchen sink to hanging new wood blinds , repairing bathroom caulking and changing light bulbs and dimmer switches. They also purchased the sink for me so it was just a very nice overall experience and saved me lots of time!

They only problem I had was that the painter had disconnected the alarm system and did not know how to fix it. They hired someone to come in and fix it. Handyman Connection paid for it. I will use them in the future.

Called and had plumber out to our location within the hour. Mike investigated the problem and recommended a course of action and cost associated. He was done within the hour and did a great job. Would recommend using them.

I found Handyman Connection on Angie's List, although I already had heard of it because a friend of mine worked for them a year or so ago. My friend has since moved on to helicopter maintainance, and I was delighted to find his old employer so highly rated on Angie's list. I called and reached the friendly owner, who sent out Rick Gardner to look at the electrical problems. The ceiling light problem turned out to be the result of using the wrong kind of bulb, which got hot enough to activate a house safety feature that would turn off a hot bulb before it started a fire. Rick suggested I use a compact fluorescent instead, which burns cooler. Problem solved. The ceiling fan light actually needed to be taken apart, rewired, and put back together, but Rick had it working perfectly again in a mere 20 minutes. Ditto the bedside lamp. He still had time left on his one hour minimum call, so my partner asked him to fix two of his seemingly unadjustable drum seats, which Rick did, quickly and cheerfully, saving my partner an expensive trip to a drum repair store. Rick actually ASKED for the Angie's List coupon that I had downloaded, and deducted it from the bill. Everything in life should be this easy.
