From the very start we were very pleased with the first phone call, very proffessional and they do what they say. Quick to respond and on time. Dave was awesome, he was very proffessional, did an excellant job, and was always busy, only took his llunch break. We would ask for him again and again!

Mark was very professional and knowledgable about the work to be done. He was very prompt and friendly. I will definitely ask for Mark the next time I need work done.

Our newly purchased home was found to have a honeybee infestation. The bees had built a hive underneath our bathtub. We hired the Handyman Connection to remove the tub so we could finish removal of the honeycombs and repair of the damage. I was nervous they could not give an estimate of the cost of the work until they saw the tub and bathroom. They were scheduled for 8AM on a Monday and arrived on time, and after examining the room and tub, gave us an estimate. We found the price to be very reasonable and approved. David promptly got to work removing the tub, and completed the job without issue. He even carried the debris out to street where the city was doing bulk trash pickup the next day. Highly recommended and I will use this service again.

I was very impressed with the work Rob did on removing my fireplace - clean and fast. At that time he did that work I had a discussion with him on how I would like to have shelves built for the wall and showed him a picture I had found on the internet of what I was thinking of doing. He took the time to completely scope out the design with me and gave me details about how he would complete the project. Every time I told him an idea I had he made it better. Based on his professionalism and job knowledge I went ahead and contracted with Handyman Connection for Rob to build the wall unit. He went above and beyond to complete the project on time knowing that I was anxious to have it done as soon as possible. He kept me in the loop on all decisions and was very patient with my questions. While Rob was working I had another person in the house working on removing my flooring. Rob saw the work he was doing and offered my flooring contractor some his own tools that would help make the removal easier. He is a team player with his clients and other professionals. I highly recommend Handyman Connection for their responsiveness and professional and VERY highly recommend Rob for his skill and expertise.

Handyman Connection is by far the best handyman service we have ever had. It is SO hard to find a good, reliable, professional Handyman. We must have called at least 5 or 6 and had them come out and give us quotes before we found Handyman Connection. Everyone else was disorganized, unprofessional, or overpriced. Our handyman, Lew, was SUPER punctual, communicative, friendly, and did a GREAT job with our floor repair. Don't bother looking at anyone else. If you are looking for a Handyman, call them!

As usual, Rick showed up for the estimate right on time. He showed up to do the work right on time. He installed the fans and closet light. I love the overhead lights and fan, and I thought the price was reasonable. I have used Handyman connection for both my home and rental properties. I have used them for electrical and carpentry and have been extremely happy with their response time and work ethic. If I call with a problem they don't handle, they will give me good referrals. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

They are really nice and very professional. I would definitely recommend them. There pricing is reasonable. I am satisfied with the service that they provide.

This review is way overdue. I've used these guys twice to install ceiling fans. both times the job was done quicky, quietly, cleanly, and for a reasonable price.

Lou called before he arrived and was prompt and nice. He came in and I showed him everything that needed to be fixed. He gave me an estimate and then fixed everything. He was fast and affordable. I felt confident in his skills and everything works now.

I called Handyman Connection, and a friendly operator scheduled the handyman to arrive the next day. She told me there was a $90 minimum, which I wrongly assumed to mean that an hour would cost $90 and I could fill in with additional jobs if the work did not consume the entire hour. When the handyman arrived, I found that not to be the case exactly. When the task took less than 30 min., he tried to be fair by doing some tiny jobs, but since he didn't have anything beyond a few screws and nails, he couldn't even hang a picture. It seemed like he was not supposed to be doing anything beyond the job I called for, so the three minutes he spent leveling my refrigerator and the 30 seconds he spent removing a flickering fluorescent tube were a personal gift from him. The fact that I was able to get the washer and dryer out of the open patio and under a roof the day after my call was good--I was worried about rain--but the $90 for thirty minutes work and the unpleasant surprise about the pricing makes me want to avoid this company in the future. (Also, in a card the handyman gave me, the word review is spelled "reiview". This reduced my trust in the company's attention to detail.)

This was the third company I called before I could get someone to look at my ceiling fan that had stopped working. Mike came out and determined I needed a new wall switch for the ceiling fan, which I needed to order. He was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He did not charge me for the service call since he would need to come back to install the switch once I recieve it.

I was disappointed how long it took to get a response from the company using the 'Email the provider' link AND posting a question on their page...I waited almost 24 hours which for handling a lead is terrible. I finally had to call, then I had to WAIT a week, before I could even get them out for the estimate...also I feel too long. Then the estimate wound up being about 7 times more than I finally paid someone else to do the job.

We needed help and needed it fast! We were having a pool installed and found out at the last minute that our doors were ‘backwards’ and wouldn’t pass inspection (we thought we had covered all the bases!). We called Handyman Connection and asked if they could help. The receptionist was friendly and found a way to get a service technician to our house right away to help us decide what we could do. The technician who came was courteous and prompt, his ideas were fantastic and the price he quoted was excellent. The office made his schedule work so that he could come and do the work before the inspector would arrive. He worked so hard and was so professional. The workmanship was first rate and the job looked great when he was done. We passed our inspection with flying colors and our pool is now complete. Thanks to Handyman Connection, I went from panic to relief in a matter of hours! We will definitely call Handyman Connection again.

I called Handyman Connection to come out and fix cracked tiles and grout on our patio. The technician, Ron, was able to come out within a couple of days, he was on time and he fixed the patio within the hour. He also applied a coupon which was nice. I would call them in the future and I would recommend them.

Rick Gaio was the master workman assigned to my project and he completed it on time and on budget. The bi fold doors look amazing and the drywall on the patio is perfect. He also got the filters changed and they really needed it. This is my second time using HC and I will continue to use them. Rick Gaio is a professional who does excellent work, cleans up after himself and is willing to share his expertise.

Joe Raschillo was the gentleman who did all of the work. I am extremely pleased with the work he did from the estimate process to coming back to the house after we thought everything was done. I will definitely ask for him the next time I need work done. He worked from Monday, June 11, through Thursday morning, June 14. After he left on Thursday morning, I was working in the bathroom putting things back when I noticed that in some areas, the paint had dried lighter than in the others and it looked splotchy. I called Joe and he came back out on Thursday afternoon. He repainted all of the walls on which the paint didn't dry properly. Now, everything looks great, and I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely use Handyman Connection again and recommend them highly.

I got an estimate first for the replacement, then ordered 2 doors from Lowe's. The new doors were the wrong size (Lowe's fault), but David was a pro and made them work with extra wood strips. David was a total craftsman, was very professional, and completely cleaned up before he left. I'm very pleased with the installation.

He called the day ahead to remind me of the appointment. He did not arrive one minute early, or one minute late, he arrived right on time. He was very professional and worked very quickly. He thought to give the door facing the sun three coats of protection. Something I would never have thought of doing. I was very happy, and look forward to using this company again.

This is the second time I have used Handyman Connection, and I am even more impressed the second time. Kent was very friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing. He picked up supplies at Home Depot in advance and gave me the receipt. I feel that everything was done very, very well, and I can't say enough good things about Kent and Handyman Connection. I will certainly use this company again. I feel that the charge is totally reasonable, and the work is very professionally done.

I have had a great experience with the Handyman Connection. They really go out of their way to make sure that they do a thorough job. They are very good at pointing other things that need to be addressed as the remodel progresses.

A friend tried to unjam my garbage disposal and knocked it loose about the same time a neighbor put his garbage can too close to my mailbox and it got knocked out of the ground when the garbage truck collected. Ron was at my house first thing the next morning. Having previous experience with Handyman Connection, I knew it was best for me to purchase a new garbage disposal (I decided to upgrade) and a new mail post. Even though it would be hot later in the day, Ron decided to do the inside job first so he wouldn't dirty up my kitchen if he got muddy outside. During the replacement he found that the fixtures had a leak; he tried to repair them but, when that didn't work, he walked me through what to look for in a new set of fixtures. Then he tackled the mailbox. He gave me the pros and cons of setting it in concrete or not. He measured other mailboxes in the neighborhood to be sure his placement was good. He set it back a bit so I can hopefully avoid future encounters between the post and garbage cans (especially those that aren't mine!) This is the second time I've called Handyman Connection within two months - I continue to be very pleased with their work.
