He was very good. He was always on time and finished the job on time. Everything went very well.

to Called the service, was able to get a timely appointment, two guys showed up. We had two things that needed to be addressed: duct work for a bathroom exhaust fan and damage to the garage ceiling that required drywall repair. I assumed they'd just give a quote and we'd reschedule for service, but they were able to do it that day. They quoted me a fair price, went off to get the materials, and came back and got to work. The exhaust issue ended up being a little more complicated, but they didn't charge extra. They completed both parts of the work in what I thought was a quick time and cleaned up. I wrote two checks: One to Handyman Connection for the service, and one directly to the provider for the cost of materials, for which he showed me the receipt. No problems with the work since then.

We had an excellent experience with this vendor. The handyman sent to our house, Jason, was punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He even returned later in the day, on his way home, to apply another coat of paint to the door trim, which was above and beyond the actual repair. The company?s pricing is up-front and straight forward; we never felt pressured to accept the estimate, and the repairman was able to complete the job immediately after inspecting the problem. The job done was much better than we could have done ourselves (and done in less time). I would recommend this business.

Called the company and set up the date and was told Rick would be the handyman. Rick arrived right on time and did a great job and everything is working great. He was very professional and cleaned up the mess with all the insulation that came down while removing the old fans. Very satisfied customer.

Phone calls of inquiry and follow-up were returned promptly and the manager and two workers sent out to do the work were polite and professional. The cabinet veneer repair was challenging, but the worker who came out to look and give an estimate came up with a good, less-expensive solution. He was unsuccessful in retexturing the drywall in the laundry room, but the company sent out a specialist, who was able to do a satisfactory job, though it's not a perfect match. The home was built in 1963, a time when texturing was common, though it is not common nowadays, so younger workers simply have no experience with how such textures were produced. A member of our family knew something about how the texturing might have been produced originally, and it was based on that information that the second worker was able to come close to the original texture. The two fellows who came to the house were very hardworking, and the company's willingness to be flexible and taylor jobs to individual needs was especially impressive. I should add there was little wait time in having the work begun after the estimate and getting the specialist to take care of the wall-texturing problem. My only reservation about the company is the pricing; it seemed a little high, but it could be competitive and so not necessarily higher than what others would charge.

Joe came out early on a Saturday and not only helped us get our new garbage disposal installed but helped with the water filtration system, fixed a small leak under the sink, provided useful advise for windows and screens and fixed some sliding doors. He was on time and called before he got there. All this was done within the first hour. Initially I thought $90 seemed expensive but when you look at all that Joe got done it was well worth it. I will definitely use them in the future.

It went smoothly and all work was completed fast and done right.

It is reassuring to know that a company like this exists who employs individuals like Conrad who genuinely care about the work they perform and their customers. Based on other reviews, Conrad does not appear to be the exception. Handyman Connection (Phoenix) is obviously committed to providing quality service for everyone.

Dave called the night before to verify the time for the install. He showed up EXACTLY on time. He examined what I needed done, explained all of my options and gave me a written quote. He started the work, cutting into the wall. We were very happy that the electircal wires were not in the way, so they didn't have to be moved for the install. He then started cutting into the outter rock portion of our house outside. He purchased some caulk and a 2X4 to frame in the inside, installed the doggie door and it came out perfect. He cleaned up after himself, vacuumed and put everything back - it was a dream. I would recommend them in a heart beat! I love the Handyman Connection! Now, if I can only get my dogs to go through the doggie door! LOL.

Sent email to office requesting an estimate. Office called next morning to schedule estimate and get list of repairs. Bryan came to the house on 8/2/12 to do the estimate for the work and reviewed supplies needed for the work to be done. Scheduled the work for 8/6/12, he arrived early and went to work quickly. All work was completed that day to include some work that was not in the estimate-patched additional drywall holes and replaced two fluorescent lights in laundry room. Bryan took the time to answer questions regarding future work (replacing kitchen faucet, replacing patio door, hanging iron fixture on outside of house, etc). Overall very pleased w/quality of work, main quibble is the price for work seems a bit high but overall am pleased w/the entire process and the work done.

Joe called the night before to confirm and arrived on time. Joe was highly skilled, efficient and also listed to the suggestions of a "novice". The company charged a "diagnostic" fee to determine the issue. Once identified Joe offered an estimate to repair.The price was fair and his work was excellent! We will definitely use this company again (hopefully we won't need to) - we'll also request Joe. Great work!

Did a great job on what was not an easy project; we called a lot of tile-specific places first and they wouldn't deal with us because of the nature of the project. We have used these guys for other projects in the past, and we hope to use them for many more in the future!

They dispatched someone the same day I called and he was very professional, fast, and did great work. Had him install a new lock and dead-bolt on front door and adjust garage door and front door that were scraping the floor and door frames.

They were able to get someone out same day, within 5hrs, to do the repair. It helped that I was able to describe what the problem was in some detail. The handyman was on time and had all the tools and materials needed to complete the job. He not only fixed the problem, he improved the connection to the ceiling over what had originally been installed. In addition he helped with another small problem all within an hour for the initial call price. I definitely recommend them to others.

I called the company and left a message, shortly there after I received a call back. I notified what I needed and asked if it could be done that day. I had spoken to another company, they quoted me after chatting and sending numerous pictures. She stated today would not be possible, thats normally fine but I had set up to have the other company complete it the next morning. She wanted me to hold and she found a professional to come that day ( 2 hours later). He would quote me and if I like the price, he would begin right then. I said okay. Worse comes to worse I could keep my other appt as I knew the quote and what the other company was willing to do the work for. I received a 50.00 off for using this company. The two quotes were 15.00 dollars different but the other company didn't know they would have to put in 2 support beams in the attic for the drywall, it actually ended up being cheaper just because of that. Jack came and looked at the work. He asked me what I wanted him to do ie meaning to "save" money. I loved that because some people want to save and do some of the work they can do, themselves. I opted to have just to ceiling and I would work with a blank canvas. He never pressured me or tried to "sell" me more work. He was professional, efficient and friendly. They have professional Labor agreement forms to sign so that way there are no surprise fees. And he went over his work when completed and I had to sign off. Signed off that cash was paid in full. I will definitely use this company again.

Prompt service, stuck to quote, did a professional job, showed up right on time. The job was tricky due to the fact the door frame was not square, so gaps in the frame. Rob took the time to trim it up (trip to Home Depot) and make it look good once it was adjusted. He kept me informed every step of the way. Nice clean job.
