Dave arrived exactly on time; quoted and did the project immediately; completed the job in 1 1/2 hours. He worked neatly and clean. We?re very happy with his service and the results. We will use his services again and highly recommend his work.

Ralph handled all of this, along with his helper, beautifully. He arrived on time and, within an hour, gave me a satisfactory estimate and schedule for performing the work, which was scheduled to be done over three days. He was on time each day and finished all of the work on time, and he was very neat and tidy, leaving behind no messes or debris. He was very professional and yet very personable. I am extremely pleased with the results.

In his estimate (which we accepted immediately), he offered the Angie's List discount which I didn't know about and suggested the Home Depot credit card to obtain a discount on the paint. He was prompt, working around his other schedules, and flexible in meeting our tight schedule to complete the work. Austen demonstrated a lot of initiative and professional expertise in suggesting surtface remedies, paint qualities and quanities (so that we would not have unneeded paint left over). He was meticulous, painted several coats to ensure perfect coverage when needed, efficient in percision edging, then replaced the fixtures, furniture, paintings as part of the job. As a handyman he recognized problems and knew how to replace and repair what was needed. He arrived early on schedule, worked long hours and kept coming back as needed to complete the job tifmely and complete in every detail. We were completely satisfied with his work, the cost, and his professional manner. He is a strong ambitious young man, but has been working as a painter since he was adolescent and really knows the business,

Overall, the service was wonderful. They came on time and did a great job in installing everything for me. They are labor only so I had most of the parts. He had to get a few but came right back. The prices were reasonable and I would use them again. They were very professional and just a very nice operation.

Ralph was our person and he was great. They got to us quickly, gave us an estimate and overall did a fair price and excellent job. Ralph was very professional and courteous. I will call Handyman Connection again and ask for Ralph again.

They were prompt, polite and completed all the work for the original bid. They asked clarifying questions as needed through the project (3 days) to ensure that the work was done right the first time. They wanted to be sure that the work met our needs and exceeded our expectations. They were able to be trusted working in the home w/o someone there to monitor progress.

Contractor came for estimate, gave a good price and the work was scheduled for the following week. The contractor came in a bit later than originally scheduled but he did call ahead so there were no surprises. He stayed late to finish the job and left only after everything was cleaned up. Excellent experience.

The price was exactly what they said it was. They were prompt and a good company to deal with.

Showed up right on time, called me when he was about 5-10 mins away, gave me an estimate of $250, I had a coupon for $50 off from their website. He spent about 3 to 3.5 hours fixing the stuff that we needed, each thing was done well, he cleaned up after himself. We had miscommunicated about the front door lock, so he didn't fix it originally, I double checked immediately after he left, and called him on his cell phone, he turned around and came back to make it right. Given the amount of time he worked, I could have found a handyman for less $$, I found some that were $40-$50 per hour, but he (I believe I had Rob) was able to come out within 3 work days of me calling, and did a fine job, was very respectful, so I'd definately recommend them for quick, reliable, and good quality work.

They came when they said they would. They did give a quote to begin with and they stood by their pricing. They offer a full service of things they can do. They come highly recommended.

They worked for me twice. Both times, they were able to schedule estimates/work quickly and to fit my schedule. Both times Bob was the person who did the work. He called and confirmed; showed up promptly. I showed him what I wanted; he gave me a reasonable estimate and then started work. The bookshelves were a pain in the whatsis to assemble and he had to do 3. Glad I didn't. He worked hard, had a professional appearance and was very polite. Since I have used them twice and both times with good results, I would call them again and would recommend them.

I could not have been more pleased. Wesley was the individual who came to my home. He was professional in every way, including confirming our appointment the night before and, then, showing up exactly at the time he told me he would arrive. I made an error in the light fixture I had purchased. Wesley was able to use his expertise and creative problem solving skill to adjust everything to make it work correctly without charging me any extra or necessitating me going to purchase a different fixture and pay for him to return another time. Wesley was very pleasant and left the area in which he worked in exactly the same shape (clean) as when he arrived. All aspects of my experience with Handyman Connection and with Wesley were positive.

Working with Handyman Connection was a pleasure, from start to finish. When I called the office I spoke to Bobbie, who set up the appt for the home visits and estimates. She informed me my craftsman would be Ralph. He promptly contacted me to confirm the appt and then called the day of the appt to let me know he was running ahead of schedule. Ralph reviewed the tasks, provided estimates, and we agreed on the day for the work to be done. Ralph called the nite before to re-confirm the appt and in the morning to let me know he was on his way. When they arrived he and his helper started to work immediately. I was kept informed of the status of each task--and consulted when minor decisions needed to be made. They were extremely tidy and very respectful of my home and animals. Ralph picked out the new ceiling fans that were exactly what I was hoping for. After they left, I noticed a small problem with one of the ceiling fans, so I contacted Ralph the next day. He stopped by the next afternoon and made the necessary adjustment---turns out some of the wiring on my old house (80+ years) was to blame. I could not be happier, with the quality of each repair that was completed and the professionalism of Ralph and Spanky. I particularly liked the excellent communication throughout---from the time I first spoke to Bobbie,with Ralph--before and during the repair work, and afterward when Bobbie called to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely use Handyman Connections again and will recommend them to my friends. What a joy to find a reputable and trustworthy company that provides so many services.

Excellent. They were very prompt, gave us the option of purchasing materials ourselves and explained the "aftercare" very thoroughly.

This is the third time Larry was at my new house to hang pictures and install various things. As always, he did a careful, neat job. Everything was done just as I wanted.

Wes was great! Very competent -- did a great job and put in extra effort to make sure all was done to exceed my expectations! Did a great job retexturing the drywall around the window and smoothing the ceiling from moving the chandelier!

They were wonderful. Very professional, punctual. The Handyman Connection is actually just about the labor for performing whatever service is necessary; the homeowner buys the materials. I particularly appreciated the fact that both men were willing to go out to pick up materials for the job when something was needed, using their own money and bringing me the receipts. It made life a lot easier for me. What I really loved was that David, wanting to save me money, was willing to reuse the glass bricks I already had rather than having me spend a lot of money buying new glass bricks. He was able to do the dismantling, cleaning (there was a lot of mildew and moisture between the bricks, the result of a faulty installation sometime in the past) and rebuilding of the wall within the originally agreed-upon time frame. The bathroom looks sensational. They cleaned up fully. One thing had been overlooked, but when I brought it to the attention of the company, they came right back out and corrected the oversight.

I called them on a number of different occasions for electrical and plumbing work.

They were very good. I had no complaints. They were there when they said they would be. The quality of work was good. The pricing was good as well.

This was the 2nd time Wesley has done some work at my house, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. He called the night before to confirm the work order and what materials I had purchased already. He was careful in his work, moving furniture to ensure there would be no accidental damage. He listened to my concerns and took extra care to ensure my new front door was securely installed and well sealed. And as always, Wesley was very pleasant and professional his entire visit to my home. I will definitely continue contacting Handyman Connection for my home repair/improvement needs!

This experiance went very well. I called I think on a Monday or Tuesday and they said they could have someone out to give me an estimate between 11:00 and 1:00 on Friday. Bill called me Thursday evening and asked if he could come earlier on Friday as he had a job that would only take him a few minutes to finish up that morning. Bill came at 9:00. He said he could do the job right then since I already had the new units. He was finished by 1:00. Bill was very friendly and very professional. I only gave them a B on cost as I think it was a little on the high side, but then I'm probably wrong on that point as it seems like everyone is to expencive to me. :( I will call these people again if and when I need any other work of this kind done.
