Dave showed up on time. He looked at the jobs to be done and gave me an estimate on the cost. He completed the work promplty and cleaned up after the work was done.

Tim Gorman put up a complicated track system to be used to hang a gallery of paintings. We needed a spider man to scale walls 17 feet high, measure for the track system, install, paint it the color of the walls and hang paintings some as big as 3 feet by 4 feet. He did it to perfection. Handyman Connection again is number one in our book and saved as a permanent number in our cell phones.

Excellent work and communication. Gave up an overall estimate and did partial work due to our budget. We will ask for Pat to come back.

Replace faucets in a shower-damaged handle and the repairmen comment was "I didn't find any pieces in package" and just left it. Charged me 104.00 for parts and no receipt also replaced tank ball and couple bolts. Terrible Total 304.00 dollars for this.

Handyman Connection came to give an estimate and he determined what was wrong could be fixed just by adjusting a screw so he did not charge me anything. I was not home when he first got there and he was not upset at all about it when I finally got there.

Overall, I would bring them back for any other repairs I need.

Handyman Connection sent us Pat Brady, when you are visiting from another state and you have repairs to be done it is really nice to have a service organization to call on that is very professional . Pat was there when he said he would be, he went over everything we wanted done, gave us an estimate , after we decided to accept he started work right then , stayed late, was there early the next day , he finished on Sunday afternoon, cleaned up so well that you would never know he had been there, all the work was done very well and he was a very pleasant man to work with. It's too bad that this kind of service is'nt the normal for everyone. Thank You for making our experience a pleasant one.

My call was responded to the next day. Jim was knowledgeable, professional and got the job done very quickly.

I called to make the appointment, and they were friendly and professional over the phone; advised me that Mark was scheduled to arrive bewtween 8 and 9 am. He arrived on the appointed day at 9:15AM, just a little late. Other than that, he and his wife (who came to help) were friendly, professional, and thorough. When he was caulking my sink, I mentioned that the faucet was leaking. They were more than willing to replace it, which they did. They made sure they had cleaned up after each job. Overall, I was quite satisfied - a great job done!

In June, they came out and did a plumbing job. Then, in July, they installed a door for me. It was the same employee both times. Overall, the experiences were excellent. While he was fixing the toilet for me, he showed me the proces of fixing it. While installing the door for me, he showed me that the door was installed incorrectly, and fixed it for me. The employee was very professional, and I liked how he kept me engaged in the repair-work that he did for my home. I've recommended him and I'd definitely call him again.

We were very happy with our experience. The handyman arrived exactly on time, called the night before to get details of what we wanted him to do so that he could make sure he brought the correct tools with him, and cleaned up very nicely after he was done. The work he completed was very high quality.

Got a visit and bid soon after I called. Once we agreed upon the terms the work was completed quickly and efficiently. I would use Handyman Connection again.

I tried to get a handyman to replace my mail box, but after calling 8 who were listed in AngiesList(most said that this was too small of a job) I despaired of finding a handyman. Then I called Handyman Connection and they said they would be happy to do the job. They would not quote me a price over the phone. So we agreed to have a handyman out to take a look. Pat(their repairman) called me and scheduled an appointment for Friday, 8/20/2010, at 8:00 AM sharp. When Pat arrived on time I was encouraged. I was quoted a price of $250.00 plus materials from Home Depot(he had to phone his office to get that quote, sound like a used car salesman?) Being in ill health I reluctantly agreed. Pat went to Home Depot and returned with the post and mailbox. I left him to dig the new hole. After digging the hole he opened the box that the post came in and took out the parts. The post was in two pieces. He tried to get them to fit together but could not succeed, the parts fit together losely. I asked Pat if the two pieces needed to be driven together with a block of wood and a hammer but he disagreed. His solution was to drill four holes where the two parts went together and put in four screws. I left him to finish. After he was done the mailbox was finally in the ground. I would not have purchased such a fancy of a pole.

They were fantastic. They arrived early. There were two of them. They were really good and they did a good job. Both the experiences have been really great. I felt like they were a reliable company. There was nothing bad about them. The price was fair. They fixed it and it stayed fixed so the quality of work was good.

The handyman provided through Handyman Connection helped me pick out replacement doors at Home Depot (custom order), and then he removed the old doors and installed the new ones. He was very accommodating and competent in his workmanship and went the "extra mile" to be sure that I was satisfied with the finished product. The company was helpful in maintaining communications and coordinating the schedule and details of the job.

Jay got a a quote. Took several days, and almost thought they had forgotten us. The quote was less then the floor suppliers had given for installation, but more then several others contractors. But the quote was the most complete and we just felt better about having Jay do the work. I usually don't like fixed bid but went with it anyway. Jay worked well with our changing things as we went. He also had several suggestions which worked out well. The floor supplier gave us the wrong transition strips for the floor, also there would have been joints in these strips. Jay milled 12 ft maple strips for the transitions. Looks and works great. He removed the closet organizers in our walkin so that he could install the flooring under the organizers. I feel very good about what Jay was able to do. He set our expectations and put in the time to get the job done close to when he had commited. Considering i added and changed serveral parts of the project, i would say it was done on time. The quote was adjusted in a very fair manner with everthing being clearly identified. thanks! I almost forgot. Jay used the materials (flooring) very well. I returned close to 300 sqt on a 1500 sq ft job. The supplier had come in with 1900 sq ft. Jay said it was about 1500 to 1550. So he only had about 100 ft of waste. Saved me close to $2500 in materials.

Absolutely without a hitch. Ray certainly is a master craftsman.

Used their service twice in 45 days. The work was done professionally within the dollar estimate. The same person, Austin, did all the work both times. They were fabulous!!!!!! They were professional, responsible, and just great to work with. I will have this company on my list as a "call first" when we have more jobs that need to be tackled. They took a HUGE load off our backs and my husband is as enthusiastic about their work as I am.

Austin came to give us a quote and David performed the job. David did an excellent job removing the old backsplash, fixing the drywall and installing the new backsplash. He did a thorough job and came back several times to grout and seal the tiles. He also performed several odd jobs in the house: door refinishing, tub caulking, etc. We were very pleased with the work performed and would hire them again!

Great. Ralph arrived exactly on time & got to work within 15 minutes. The job was finished in about 4-1/2 hours and looked great. He cleaned up when it was done, with no trace that he had even been there. Another terrific experience with Ralph and Handyman Connection.
