This was an emergency call due to water leaking from the ground floor ceiling from pipes to a second floor bathroom. I spoke to a real person that answered after the second ring. She was very helpful and sympathetic of my plight. After taking down my information and the details, she put me on hold for about 20 seconds, returned to the line and told me that she had dispatched a plumber to my home and then told me the cross streets of where the plumber was coming from so I knew what kind of time line to expect his arrival. From the time I made the call to the time Jason had arrived was less than one hour. Jason was great - very professional. He worked very quickly to determine where the the leak was coming from, making sure to rule everything out before just focusing on the problem area. He found the leak, diagnosed the problem, and told me how much it would cost to fix. One half hour later he was done with the repair and cleaning up. I was so relieved that the leak was not as bad as I had imagined and was so quickly and easily fixed. The price was better than I had imagined too. Good job Day & Night and excellent work Jason.

On a Saturday, Jeff O came out to unclog my main sewer line since water was backing up into my home. Previous owners had covered the cleanout opening outside so he had to remove a toilet. He was on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem, reseated the toilet and unplugged the bathtub line as well. He was meticulously clean and even washed down my walls where spatter occurred. I also had him look at a noisy power flush toilet. He began to diagnose the issue when he noticed that the Flushmate unit was still under warranty and advised me to get the part from them for free. I was most impressed with his honesty for those units are quite pricey. I have had this company do work in my house before and they never fail to impress. If I could, I'd give them a 6 star rating.

On a late Friday 7/19 afternoon our 14 year old system died and after seeing all the great reviews, we called Day& Night and made an appointment to meet the following day, Jeff showed up on time, I was happy to see that a Company Representative who would actually make time for us on a Saturday 7/20 and sweated along side with us. He did a thorough inspection of existing system, measured perimeter of house and examined venting system to determine needs. We had explained that we were interested in a 5 ton Trane and he didn't try to up-sell us, explained everything in full detail with my husband and again for me the next day as I tend to be the difficult one. He went over the specs with me as their is another brand almost the same, which actually uses the same board, this confused me but once he gave me the model name, I then felt very comfortable as we had just spent $500 to another company a week prior to this and was informed afterwards, we would need to install a new one, we were on borrowed time, he lost out by giving us that information after installing a couple of parts and charging such an amount when he should have said upfront we needed a new one. Jeff also explained the unit I was inquiring about would earn us a Energy credit on our taxes, another added bonus. He was very professional and low pressure. After we agreed to go forward, a technician came out on 7/22 and verified all the information. Installation day was scheduled, everyone showed up on time, crane arrived and all went perfectly. The team that did the installation (Peter and John) were professional, courteous and very hard workers. The whole installation took the almost an entire day, but it went exactly as we had been told it would and didn't run over time-wise. Jeff and CJ came back out on 8/9/13 to run checks on the unit and make sure everything was in order and it was at that time I paid my bill and Jeff even explained the taxes were not calculated correctly and my bill was lowered, I must say its the first time in my life I have not had to either pay in advance or make any kind of down payment, who does this? Who would be honest to tell you that you were over billed by $38.00 Well I know now. We received exactly what we wanted, ordered and expected. I would highly recommend this company to anyone - particularly when they are making such an expensive and important purchase as we did.

Excellent service. Jeff arrived within 3 hours of our request; and it was a Saturday. I could tell right away he was experienced as he found the leak without cutting away large amounts of drywall. He completed the repair and the cost came in under the estimate. We are very pleased with Jeff (a proud Vet) and Day & Night Plumbing.

After purchasing a house, we found the A/C system to be struggling with the heat (not especially surprising given the 116 degree heat int he Phoenix area at the time). Nonetheless the A/C system had not been examined since we purchased and felt it would be beneficial to have it looked at. We contacted Day and Night based on Angie's review. Jason came on 7/3 and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He examined all aspects of the system, and discovered the refrigerant level was low by about 2 pounds. He also cleaned the coils and noted the motor temperature was above normal, and was leaking slightly. He did not recommend replacement but did advise that we should keep an eye on it. He also placed us on a maintenance plan as part of the call. The increased refrigerant did help and reduced the effort the system needed to make to keep the house cool. Jason also suggested obtaining a thermostat we could use to monitor the system when we are not away, and checked the wiring to ensure a new thermostat with such functionality could be accommodated. Overall Day and Night was very professional and I would recommend them to anyone needing maintenance on their HVAC system.

I called TWO (2) other emergency plumbing companies (george brazil and mr. rooter after hours) and was told I would get a call back in a few minutes. I waited half an hour and I didn't get a call back so I found day and night plumbing on Angies List. I gave them a call and within 5 minutes, Jeff O., the after hours plumber was on the line with me, guiding me through the isolation of the hissing noise I had coming out of my water heater. After worrying about a potential leak in the copper pipes in my wall, it turned out to just be an outside water pipe valve that was left on and that the hose was not allowing the water to escape so it was building pressure in the pipes and causing a hissing noise. I never would have gone out there to check had it not been for Jeff O. asking me to go out and turn off the main water line which ultimately led to that discover of the valve to the front yard hose being left on. I asked Jeff O. how I could send him money for the over the phone guidance and trouble shooting that he provided and like a true gentleman and man of honor, he said, "oh no, I couldn't accept any money for that." Right at the beginning of the call he said, "don't worry about the cost of this, let's just figure out what's going on." He said that not in the sense that he could care less about what the cost would end up being, he said it out of compassion for my worrying situation. Honestly, Jeff O., you made my night and my whole weekend. You guys are the absolute best, I can not say enough great things about you, Jeff O. or the incredible service you guys provided me with today. Thank you SOOOO much for your time tonight, for your compassion, your professionalism, and for your patience. Literally, you, Jeff O., are an honest plumber, an expert in your profession for being able to communicate effectively and in simple terms (to a non-plumber) exactly what to do in the situation. You maintained your calm during my panic, you gave me hope and calm during my worry that I would have a seriously expensive plumbing issue on my hands, you made my night and my entire weekend. Again, THANK YOU, Jeff O. and thank you Day and Night Plumbing. Kudos to you Jeff O. I usually don't ever write a survey or review on my experience, ESPECIALLY one this thorough, but honestly Jeff O., you deserve it. I hope you get recognition for the expert help you gave me tonight. I voiced a couple of concerns and was provided a list of recommendations and costs to repair. Had one of the recommendations performed immediately as it had been a concern for me. Jason was very thorough and quick to do the service. I will definitely keep them in mind when I need other plumbing services.

We our AC unit started making a loud grinding noise around 2pm so we called for service and had service technician at our door by 5:00pm. He not only did a wonderful job of explaining the problem and condition of our unit but he also skipped the sales pitch over our need to replace our AC unit. Highly recommend.

The technician seemed to know what he was doing, and it was operating fine when he left.

Day and Night installed a new unit at my childcare center. Everything went very smoothly. I obtained 5 estimates from reputable companies. Day and Night came in with the lowest estimate for the best unit with a good warranty. They were professional when they came out. My only problem was that they were not able to do the work for over a week and it was starting to heat up. If it had been July I would have needed to go with my second choice company. They also serviced my other 2 units and came back and replaced a fan motor. I found the company to be trustworthy and competent.

Jeff O arrived earlier than the scheduled time, and greeted me out of the truck with a friendly and engaging manner. He worked on that stubborn drain for over an hour and even he was excited when he got it clear. He never gave up--he said he was going to "win" against the drain! He probably could have charged us overtime for the estimated job, but kept everything at the agreed upon price. He explained everything he was doing, and gave me a bunch of helpful advice on how to keep the drains clear in the future. Next, as part of the Angie's List deal, he gave me a whole house evaluation and pointed out a number of things that we did not know were wrong--no pressure to buy anything or any services, just a good and thorough accounting of things we should be aware of.

Tenant called at 5:00 pm on a Friday stating that a/c wasn't working. I called several repair places before contacting Day & Night. Day & Night sent a repairman to the condo. The a/c unit is on the roof of a two story condo. After speaking with the repairman, I recommended that he take the long way to the condo from the rear open area and access the unit from the back of the condo to lessen the number of tiles he would have to walk on. It would have been easier for him to access from the front but he would have had to climb over the front and to the back on tile, risking breakage. He took the extra effort to access through the back. There was no hesitation to work after hours at the beginning of a weekend with this firm. I highly recommend them.

We found Day and Night on Angie's list based on the reviews and they've been excellent. We've used them twice now for plumbing and my sister in-law has used them for air conditioning. Jason came out to our house to look at a ruptured polybutylene pipe in our front yard. He was on time and extremely professional. He got right to work and quickly identified the problem and said he could repair it and also provide a quote to replace the entire line to the street if we wanted to do that. The fact that he didn't only give me the option of complete replacement shows how honest they are. The price for repair was also lower than I expected. The work was done quickly and clearly done well. We've had no problems with it since then. We also had Jason replace a leaking toilet. He did a great job and again was extremely professional in his work I highly recommend Day and Night and especially Jason.

Technician. went through house and attic tp inspect the system and gave us options. We decided to add freon and see if the leak was a slow one. We do intend to get a new air condditioning unit installed and will use this contractor but in the meantime it is working perfectly so we have time to review possible systems. Price was a little more than other quote but the quality of the service and the professionalism was well worth it

I had used Day & Night many years ago and had stopped after a service call from a pushy technician that was more interested in selling contracts and services than fixing my problem. After reading the recent good reports on Angie's List I decided to give them another shot. I'm happy to report that this experience was the complete opposite. I called on Thursday July 25th and the phone rep promply got my info and set up an appointment for Friday afternoon between 1pm and 3pm. Jason, the A/C tech called at 2:05 to let me know that he was 15 min. away. He arrived on time and ready to work. After listening to the sound, Jason headed up to the roof to locate the problem. In a few minutes he found a fan relay that was making the noise. He pointed out that the relay was still functioning, but I elected to replace it, as it wasn't supposed to make any noise and would likely fail at some (less convenient) point in the future. Jason replaced the relay and the humming sound was gone. He processed my payment, left some literature about their service plans and was on his way. This is the kind of service I like. Prompt, courteous, professional and minus the used car salesman's sales pitches. If anyone at Day & Night is reading this, I'll continue to be your customer as long as you keep sending me techs like Jason.

I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalize shown by everyone in this company. I have used them since the initial special and have not been disappointed in the service I received. I plan to continue calling them as needed.

Wow and awesome are the first adjectives that come to mind when thinking of the professionalism and work ethic of Day and Night AC and Plumbing. An even bigger shout out to my new favorite plumber Jeff O! When you wake up on your birthday morning to find your front yard bubbling water, and a lot of it, you hope that your spouse has splurged on a surprise water feature. Of course with this review, we know that wasn't the case. To summarize the weekend: 1. My phone call was answered promptly and a plumber immediately dispatched. Jeff called to ask if he could arrive early. 2. As the problem was assessed, Jeff updated us on status and cost. We always knew what was happening and why. 3. When the city shut off valve failed, Jeff was very patient and helped us through calling the emergency line so the meter could be removed to allow time to properly fix the broken line. 4. Jeff came out Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and endured a mud bog multiple times. He remained calm and helpful. 5. Line fixed!!! Cost fair!!! Jeff and Day and Night AC & Plumbing, thank you! We will see you for our bathroom remodel! (Jeff, next time just wear a cape! You saved our weekend from being an epic depressing disaster to an unplanned adventure.)

It went fine. He said that our unit was fine and we should have no troubles. We haven't had any issues at this point, even through the hot Arizona summer.

They put after market part, because all they had on truck,came back monday and put manufacturer part in. The day it went out was on Saturday afternoon, late and they squeezed me in that evening because i have a maintenance contract. It was 119 degrees that day!!!!!

It was a hot Saturday afternoon and suddenly we have a leak coming from the upstairs ceiling. We knew it was a coming from the condensation pan in the AC so we called Day & Night. They had a tech out within an hour and he was able to take care of the blocked line quickly. He was friendly, competent and considerate about cleaning up any mess he made. Overall a very good experience.

Those people are terrific! They also referred us to a duct work service company for duct cleaning. They were thorough, honest, clean, and prompt, they quoted me several months ago because they were having a sale but we decided not to go with it. From the time that we needed it after their sale has ended, they still agree to gave us the sale price, it was like 20$ off and it was significant! We have 14 vents and it was a huge savings and we appreciate it. We had a bit of a scheduling issue, but when they finally came and did it, there was a significant difference in the feel and smell of the house. The Day & Night Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing were great! They cleaned our air-condition units and make sure its working properly, when we had a problem with the heater, they fix that. When we call them, somebody answers the phone and I think their prices are reasonable.
