I felt like Day & Night Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing were very honest, punctual, gave me options, wasn't pushy in trying to sell me things I really didn't need, gave me the full perspective on what I should be looking for, and what I might be interested in doing with my air conditioning units.

The service turned out fabulous. I enjoyed them very much. They were very honest, which I definitely appreciate you don't get that much any more these days and definitely would use them again whenever I need some things done around the house.

My air conditioner unit quit. It is 110 outside and 90 in my house, I called "Day and Night" at 4:45 pm and they said they couldn't get anyone to my house until the next afternoon. Really? They need to change their name. Don't let their name fool you, this is not the company to call in an emergency.

We have used Day and Night for BOTH Heat Pump and Plumbing for a year almost a year. In that time, they have provided the following services: Installation of whole house recirculation system. The plumber that came out was very professional and installation went well. It took a little time to determine where the best location for the water line "T's" should be placed because we have a recent addition to our house. Once the proper location was determined and all fittings turned on, the recirculation system works very well. Installed new Heat Pump unit. The team that came out was very good. They were careful during removal and installation not to mark up the house and provided good information on what steps were occuring and how long they would take. They seemed efficient and professional. We have had no issues with the Heat Pump. During our recirculation system installation, the plumber noticed that our water heater was over 10 years old and suggested we have it replaced. We thought about it for a month and decided to have Day and Night do this as well. We are glad we did because the water that came out of the bottom of the old one when it was disconnected was filled with rust. We requested the same plumber that did the recirculation system (Marc Mittelsteadt) and he did another excellent job. Heat Pump service. Our older heat pump unit (we have three - two on house and one on addition) started leaking water into the home. We called Day and Night and the service person quickly determined the issue (discharge line was plugged) and fixed the problem. He also suggested we have a shut off valve installed which we had him do. Very good service and attention to detail. We have been very happy with the service and products Day and Night provides and will continue to use them.

In the middle of a 100 degree day, my AC unit started blowing warm air. Being a single woman and a new homeowner, I checked Angie's List for HVAC recommendations. I saw Day & Night Air Conditioning had A ratings and were in my general neighborhood. I called and spoke to a friendly receptionist who assured me a technician would be at my home between 4:30 and 6p. The technician Kasey Kline called at 5p to let me know he would be at my home in about 20 minutes. Kasey checked the panel box, emergency shut off, condenser unit, and all visible wiring. He was friendly, thorough, and professional. Come to find out, there was no problem with the AC condensor unit. There was a tripped breaker. Kasey was honest and did not try to sell me a new condenser unit or unnecessary parts. It was a great relief to know the AC unit was in reasonably good shape and had at least another five years of use. Kasey advised me of an annual maintenance program Day & Night offers to homeowners to check on the furnace and AC units. I was so impressed with the service I received today, that I am seriously considering the maintenance program and would use Day & Night for future HVAC repairs and any condenser replacement.

As we were leaving on vacation we needed this done within a 48 hour period. They got the job done with time to spare and we were very happy with their services. We will definitely use Day & Night in the future.

He was professional and thorough. He identified some problem areas and offered recommendations and price estimates. He explained why they were needed without being pushy or insisting I have him fix it immediately. He left me with the information so I could think about what I wanted done and when.

They did a good job. We asked if they would scope our lines additionally and they did not do that work. We asked for quotes on running new pipes in additions to our home and they never got back with us. They did not have the equipment to scope the lines on the visit and we did schedule that ahead of time.

I called Day and Night at 10 PM on Labor Day. They responded very quickly that night and we decided to have someone come first thing the next morning. They were onsite by 9 AM. Ron was very knowledgable and courteous. He cleared the blockage that was causing an overflow and installed the new safety switch. He explained everything very clearly. I would definitely call Day and Night again.

A very friendly technician by the name of Kasey K arrived very quickly. He went right to the A/C unit and was very respectful and friendly. He checked the system and found no high voltage power to condenser. He found a burnt back common wire at contractor which he showed me. Showing the customer the part that caused the break down is great customer service. Kasey rewired and then tested the unit. The unit is cooling back to normal. Very satisfied customer.

The technician (CJ LIndauer) is a great guy and takes great care to explain the various technical aspects (not that I completely understand all of it !!). This is one of the few companies that I have seen where the technicians wear shoe covers in the house. As part of the home purchase, we had had another company do a complete A/C system check, which resulted in an estimate of about $500-800 worth of repairs. CJ did not find any such issues (thermostat, contactor etc) and said that both of our units were working fine. I also had them 2 CO2 detectors, even though I could bought them at Home Depot. In any case, I would highly recommend them - they do only what is required and do not try to sell you all kinds of services.

Victor was very good in the installing the new toilet and it took him only a hour very professional. We would recommend Day and Night to anyone who need help with their plumbing. They are reasonable in their pricing and work.

When we first called Night And Day they originally scheduled to have someone come out the same day, which was awesome. But then 10-15 minutes later they called back saying they can have a guy out there right now. Obviously we said yes, Jeff came out and he was very nice and courteous. He listened to everything we said and he was very clear and thorough in explaining everything he was doing. Not only did Jeff quickly fix our issue, he also gave us pointers on how to maintain our toilets going forward, most places wouldn't say a word because they want you to continue to have issues and call them for services. But Jeff was very professional and very helpful, we will definitely use Night And Day going forward for any of our plumbing needs!

This was my first experience with Day and Night Plumbing and I was extremely impressed. Honest people, did what they said they would do in a timely fashion and at a price that was more than competitive with another estimate I had received. A pleasure to work with them. Will definitely look to them again for our next plumbing job.

They did a very good job. I called them when they opened, and they called me back and had an appointment set for 11 a.m to 1 p.m. The technician showed up around 11:30. He found the some wires melted and he was able to fix the problem. He was very good and professional. He wore little shoe covers to keep my floor clean. He already had all the needed materials to do the job.

Everything went well. He gave me a lot of great pro advice on my plumbing and also was punctual and professional.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY CAME UP WITH A SOLUTION THAT NONE OF THE OTHER A/C GUYS THOUGHT OF. THEY PRICE WAS FAIR, THEY WERE PROMT, CLEN AND THOROUGH. DEFINITELY THE GOOD GUYS.

I'm a property owner in California and my property management company in Arizona always seems to take advantage of the situation when it comes to repairs. Property management company stated that my AC compressor was broken and the repair would cost in the thousands. I wanted a second opinion and I was a skeptical first time user to Angies List. I found and called "Day and Night Air Conditioning" in Phoenix and gave them my tenant's contact information. They scheduled with my tenant the time to go out. I get a call from Casey (Sp?) from Day and Night and he says the compressor is fine and it had to do with the wiring. He was able to repair the unit so that my tenant's wouldn't be in a house where the outside temperature was over 115F. Day and Night and Angie's List saved me thousands! Can't be happy enough with the service provided by Casey and even signed up with their yearly maintenance program at around $200 since I can't trust my property management company.

The company came out and looked at my system. They were going to be installing the heat pump to distribute the hot water quicker to the upstairs. unfortunately after looking at our system the install would be unnecessary and there were other steps we could take to achieve that goal. The company was very professional, on time and polite.

I called Day & Night Heating & Air Conditioning this past week and requested they send someone out to install a programmable thermostat so that we could conserve energy while we are away. The appointment was set up for 8/17/13 at my convenience and the tech was here right on schedule. He was very professional and friendly and did a great job of explaining a couple of options for thermostats to me as there were a couple that we might be able to use. I only wanted a simple stat that I only needed to program once and forget it for a while. I did not want one that was cell phone capable. Those are very expensive. I knew this thermostat would not be cheap. At first, the tech did not realize right away that we have a two-stage air conditioning system. Once he took the cover off the one we had, unfortunately, he discovered that we would only be able to use a two-stage thermostat that would be compatible with our system. It was a little more expensive but he gave me a discount because I had previously purchased a maintenance contract with this company to keep our system in tip top shape as to avoid any major expensive repairs unnecessarily and to maintain the efficiency of the unit. We had been experimenting with the old stat by turning it up to make it run less when we are not at home during the week. We saved a lot of money each month during the worst of the heat of this summer by doing this but would forget sometimes to do it every day during the week. We also had the house Retro-Foamed last year. The house never gets hotter than 82 degrees but wanted to be able to have a programmable stat so that I could "set it and forget it"! The savings, we feel will pay for the stat in a reasonable length of time so we felt it would be worth it. We have used this company a few times over the past year and now everything is up to snuff. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Technicians Kasey K. and Erick D. teamed together to provide excellence service. There was a bit of a communication gap as we began on Saturday with Erick but he finished strong. Corey at dispatch was awesome and I would recommend Day & Night again. Especially if Kasey K. is the technician!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went pretty good. They were on time and to me, that's a big deal. Punctuality and the fact that they do keep their agreement is something that's important to me and they actually did that. Even though I'm satisfied with what they did, later on I found a similar deal that was a little bit less expensive. The toilets are working fine. After the toilet were put in, a week later, one of them wasn't flushing right so I called them and they sent somebody out that very day.
