Jason came to install the new toilets and informed my that one of my existing toilets (Toto) was better than the one I would be replacing it with and we discussed the options. Since the Toto toilet was fully functional I decided to keep it and Jason did a great job of cleaning it up. We decided to replace the toilet in the Master Bathroom and just change the toilet seat in the Guest Bathroom. I am very happy with this solution and appreciate the honesty and the input that Jason provided.

He was a very nice individual that served in the military prior to doing drains. He came to my house and was very thorough with all of my drains even though he was only contracted to do one. I was very impressed, he even showed me how to clean the drains myself. I liked him a lot and would use him if I had any problems in the future.

The job was performed with the highest degree of expertise and professionalism. The two installers really know their craft. Everyone at the company that I dealt with made the process easy and understandable. 5 ***** stars !!

I had to pay an extra $20 for an upgrade. I thought that they did a really good job. They were prompt, professional and they really knew their stuff. I would use them again.

Originally bought a big deal for whole house hot water recirculation system. Plumber arrived on time (first visit), installed that system as agreed. He noted some problems we were having with hot water heater (quite old, on last legs) and we agreed to have him come back and replace the hot water heater. A week later he came back to the house to make that replacement. He was about an hour late, but did call to say he was running later from traffic (an hour?). He made the replacement without difficulty, which included installing a drain pipe (which had to go through a few walls to get to outside) that should have been there from original installation but wasn't. All went well. No problems since.

I telephoned Day and Night, and spoke to Shannon. I have a really busy schedule, and she went above and beyond to accommodate me (while being professional and pleasant). Jeff Oehm arrived on time, was both professional, knowledgeable, and I enjoyed visiting with him. He shared some "dos" and "don'ts" concerning the disposal, and I apparently was doing too many don'ts, hence the slow drain. From start to finish, very well done!

A pedestal sink was removed and disposed of. The sink was cracked. The hot and cold water shut off was in the way of the ikea drain so Jeff had install a new modified p-trap and PVC pipes in order for the cabinet drawers to fit. It took a bit longer to do but the ikea cabinets allow for a lot of storage but do create problems for plumbers. Jeff as usual did a SUPERB job! I am super happy with this company and will continue to use my SUPER-HERO plumbers!

My husband was there during that time but again we were very happy with the service, with the cleanliness, with the timeliness and we had no complaint whatsoever. The toilet works really well. There was at least $100 more but we knew that because we needed a toilet that was not so easily obtained.

Victor was the plumber who came to our house. He was on time. Very proffessional. Very honest. When I need anything else I would ONLY call them. Really great.

The master bathroom in the house I moved into had an ADA toilet that was too high for me to use. So I had been using the guest toilet. I was expecting a couple of overnight guests in early October and Angie's List Big Deal offer came in a very timely manner for installation of a Lo-Flo standard size toilet. I did request an elongated bowl that cost me an extra $21. The installation went well. The toilet works well. Victor the technician was polite, efficient and pleasant. I have no complaints about this service and I consider using this service provider again and ask for Victor for any future plumbing work.

They are the world's best. I am in love with this company. I have a huge house with a total of 6 A/C units; there are 3 swamps and 3 air conditioners. They are so meticulous about their work. They didn't even charge me for a week until after everything was completed to make sure that I was happy with how the air conditioning was running and everything was up and going. It was kind of crazy. It was like driving a car for a week to make sure that I was happy with it. It was unbelievable. I would never use anybody but these guys for the work in my house. They went above and beyond. They were here within a 2 hour call for the leak repair and they were pleasant and nice. It wasn't some obscene charge for that repair. They were just unbelievable. I thought they would be really expensive but they are not. I won't use anybody but these guys. I wish I had known about these guys years ago.

Jason arrive promptly on time and proceeded to install the pump in a workman like manner. He is an outstanding representative of Day & Night Plumbing and professional in all ways. Due to our home being larger than average the hot water did not reach all of the faucets immediately as advertised so Jason returned and installed an additional 'T' with no charge for the service call. I have used this company in the past for all of our plumbing requirements and each time my wife and I have been exceptionally happy with their work and professionalism. Their prices are fair and their work is excellent. I highly recommend them.

The plumber, Jeff, was very friendly and hard working. He was great at explaining what he was doing and he wrote a great explanation of what he found to the city that I am trying to use to ge them to fix a problem with a slipped pipe in the street. He did go about an hour over the time on my coupon but he explained that in advance and he only charged for an extra 1/2 hour. I would definitely use him again. The only problem I had with Day and Night had nothing to do with Jeff. The appointment lady initially overbooked and she had to call me back and reschedule. She was very polite and appologetic and Jeff was very prompt in keeping the rescheduled appointment. I will use this company in the future and ask for Jeff again if he is available.

We thought we needed a new disposal because it was making noise, and when I tried using it today, all I got was a humming noise. I purchased a new disposal at Home Depot, and your technician, Jason Jossy came out to install it. He suggested getting the old unit to work before installing a new unit. After a very brief "fix-it," (a foreign object was in the disposal) the old disposal purred like a kitten, and I was able to return the new unit to Home Depot. Jason gave me an allen wrench to use the next time the disposal jammed, and showed me the reset button. He only charged me the $49 service call instead of the $88 I expected to pay to install a new unit. He was done within 15 minutes, and was very friendly and professional. We will definitely use Day & Night Plumbing in the future. Very pleased with the outcome of this service call.

I called the company and set up an appointment to have the toilet replaced in my master bath. Jeff O. called prior to the appointment and arrived on time. He was polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. We had a nice conversation while he performed the services. He also checked my water heater and informed me that next year it will need to be replaced and to do so before it goes. He also checked the water pressure coming into the house and provided an estimate to regulate it to the proper level. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call Jeff O. again for any of my plumbing needs and he is the only one I will be using from here on out. The company even called to check on the service and installation a few days later. I highly recommend Day & Night.
