Everyone in this company is professional and well trained. Their salesman came out immediately and was very helpful advising us. The project manager thoroughly outlined the installation schedule and the equipment we were getting. Finally the installers were on time and efficient. They cleaned up every bit of mess they made. It's a pleasure dealing with people of this high caliber.

Jeff arrived ahead of schedule and was prepared for the job. He worked professionally and efficiently; was polite and respectful. The entire installation went smoothly, even after he ecountered a few unexpected issues. It took less time than I had expected; about 2 1/2 hours. He removed the old toliets and cleaned the work areas. It was not necessary to "clean-up" after him! The new toilets are great and I am completely satisfied. In fact, I would not hestitate to call Jeff for AC or heating issues. Great work and great service.

Replaced old, higher water usage toilet that was loose at the ring. A bolt was missing. Ordered a dual flush toilet. Excellent service.Timely arrival. Professional. One hitch was that not until toilet was installed that realized was not the one I had purchase. It was the same maker, and an efficient flow toilet, but not the dual flush. Always check packaging! Turned out to be an issue with how the order was placed that said an efficient low flow toilet, and did not specify the dual flush toilet advertised. The issue was rectified the next day with the replacement of the right toilet, and as a bonus, not charged for the replacement of a frozen water valve that was paying extra to replace, which I greatly appreciated. Despite that glitch, without question, I was satisfied with the work and professional workmanship,. Would definitely recommend.

Jerry, the serviceman, was prompt, courteous, and thorough. After testing several things he determined that the thermostat had a bent/broken connection to the heater. He replaced the thermostat and solved the problem. I was very happy with the service and have called them again for a new plumbing issue!

Called and Jeff the Plumber called right back and said he could be there in 40 mins, which he was. He was on time, helpful and charged us exactly what he quoted us when he called. Highly recommend them!

We were moving out of our house and needed to get the AC unit serviced. The AC unit is about 7 years old, but apparently a previous vendor installed a unit that is too large for our 1700sf house, which means we've lots of AC issues and service calls over the years. As a result, we've hired so many different AC companies to look at our unit, and we never feel like we are getting the full story or that our AC issues are being handled to prevent (as much as you can prevent) future problems. Our most recent service call, the vendor said our coils needed cleaning, but he wasn't able to clean them (not Day & Nite). Since we had renters moving into our house, and we've had tons of AC issues over the years, we wanted to make sure everything was in working order. I called multiple companies that were top rated on Angie's List, but they quoted me $300 to clean the interior coils. I hired Day & Nite because they were the cheapest (which sometimes worried me because I feel like they come do the work and charge you way more money on the spot, but that absolutely did not happen in this instance). Conincidentally, our heater quit working after I had already made an appointment. Jerry came out and cleaned the coils in the air handler unit and looked over everything in both our exterior AC unit and interior air handler unit. He let us know the status of our system and informed us of potential issues we could have in the future (due to the oversized unit). There was fried wire going into our exterior unit, which is why the heater wasn't working, so he replaced that. Our quote was initially for $130, but Jerry offfered us a deal to come look at the unit again in the spring and do the same maintenance review for a cost of $179. Since we've had so many issues with our AC unit and vendors that have serviced the unit, we have never used the same AC company twice, until now. We'll have Day & Nite service our unit from now on.

Jason was on time, professional, and explained everything he was going to do. He provided an immediate estimate on his tablet, which he then emailed. No pressure at all. All of the serviced were performed exactly as described. Jason tested the gas fireplace install multiple times to make sure everything worked perfectly.

Plumber Jeff Oehm was professional and courteous service. He explained the problem and suggested the remedy. After obtaining the correct parts, he completed the repair. It all happened within 2 hours.

Replaced air conditioner unit with new 4 ton condensing unit. Technician was knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent experience.

I scheduled my appointment for the servicing of my furnace unit on November 12th and the first day they had available for our part of town was on Friday, November 22nd. True to their word, they called me that morning for the appointment scheduled between 2-5 pm that day. The woman on the phone asked if I wanted the serviceman to come earlier and since I did, he came immediately that morning. Kasey Kline did an excellent job, taking care to put on booties every time he walked into the house. He efficiently serviced the furnace, told me it was in great shape and tested it before he left, sending the report and the receipt to my email as requested. He told me that it was the last visit paid for under my old contract with Specialty Heating and Cooling, but that his company would honor that contract for emergency service priority until its expiration in April 2014. He informed me of the price of their similar contract with their company, but did not pressure me in any way to buy one right then. He told me I could call their office anytime before the contract expiration and set up a new one and left me his card and a refrigerator magnet. He further advised me that I should only buy a one year contract to begin with to see if their service was satisfactory. This is what I call service that really serves the customer's needs. He said they've been in business a long time and are confident that they can perform the services I need. We will definitely be calling them next spring to set up a service contract for our A/C and Heating.

We recently moved into our new home and have not yet used the heater. We found Day and Night Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing here on Angie's list and requested that they come out to inspect our HVAC system. A service man was scheduled to come between 2-5pm but this day he was able to come early. I was called and notified that he would be available at 10:00AM. Jerry arrived at 1000 AM as promised and was very friendly and professional. He did routine service to our heater and sealed the vent pipe. The work took him approx 45 minutes. When Jerry was finished with the HVAC system I asked him if he could show me how to work my gas fireplace as well. He did this at no charge and it was greatly appreciated. $175.00 covered today's service an air conditioning inspection/service in the Spring. The only thing I found frustrating was that during this visit Jerry informed me that next time we have a plumber out to visit our home we will receive %10 off the visit (because we bought the Fall/Spring service package). Well, this information did not do me any good because we just had the plumber out 2 days ago. I was frustrated that this was not mentioned to me by the plumber who knew that I was having my HVAC serviced this week. I contacted Mike (the general manager) and he made sure to refund %10 of the plumbing bill. Overall, I was satisfied with the service Jerry provided and I will be using this company to service my Air conditioner in the Spring.

They do great work. They are inexpensive, prompt, and do an overall great job.

Excellent service. Emailed late evening on Wednesday and received a immediate response from Jason. Jason called early the next morning and was able to work me in before going to other jobs. Water heater was still under warranty and it had to be replaced. Went ahead and installed a recirculation pump for hot water. Everything was done great and Jason was very professional. Do think the cost of labor was high, but I am sure they are charging a competitive rate.

We recently moved into our new home and were informed that our water pressure was to high. We found Day and Night Air Conditioning and Plumbing here on Angies list and asked them to come out to take a look at it. Jeff came to the house and was very friendly and professional. He inspected our system and determined that the pressure valve needed to be replaced. He refused payment until the work was completed and I was completely satisfied. He worked as I watched and explained everything he was doing thoroughly (which I appreciated). He also inspected our reverse osmosis system per request. He was here approximately 1 hour in total. Overall I was very pleased with his work and the service provided. I would definitely recommend this company if you are in need of a plumber.

Jeff was efficient and cleaned up after himself very well--much better than most contractors do. The repair was an inspection item in a house that we're selling and which is under contract. The report was that the valves didn't turn. Jeff initially tried to see if he could get them moving using pliers so that we maybe we wouldn't need to replace them after all. It turned out that one valve was still operational and the other one could still shut off 99% of the way. We ended up deciding to replace them anyway. My only nit-picky complaint was that the office called to tell me before the 2-5pm window that I was scheduled for and said that the tech would be out between 4 and 5pm. Then Jeff called around 2:45 and said he would be there in a half hour, so I wasn't quite prepared. But I still appreciated that they tried to give me a heads up. I was overall much happier with this company than other plumbers I've used in the last several years. They'll be my first choice on my next plumbing job!

Love our newly purchased home. During the viewing and walk-thru it smelled beautiful and was decorated gorgeously. After moving in I suddenly noticed in the mornings a whiff of sewer gas smell in both bathrooms. Having a warranty in place I called and advised the warranty company of the situation. Someone came out in the afternoon but couldn't smell the odor so the warranty company only authorized the handles changed and the flappers changed. They would not authorize any other work. Every morning I would get up and smell this sewer gas but continued to pour clorox and hook smellies in the bowl. Decided to get on Angies List and find someone to help me. Found Day & Night Plumbing with an excellent rating and great reviews. Jeff (technician) came out and I hoped and prayed he would believe I was smelling gas because there wasn't any when he arrived. As we walked through the house, he was showing me the wear and tear of the toilets and happened to take off the old floor cap. As I bent over to look, the smell hit me and there was FINALLY proof... As I wanted all toilets replaced, Jeff explained the different types, different heights, water conservation on the flush, and answered all of my questions. He also examined my water heater (1993) and outside faucets which were rusted and painted, and even helped me find the main water lines. The next week Jeff came back with new toilets, water heater, hose bibbs, shutoff valves, etc. He arrived at 8:00 am and left at 2:30 pm. I was so very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic. None of the toilets had been caulked around the bottom. After pulling the guest toilet he found tile around the old toilet was not grouted which allowed gas to escape. He caulked the tiles. In the master bathroom the flange piece was NOT connected to the drain pipe allowing gas to escape. He had never seen that problem in the twenty-something years he has been working. He cleaned and glued the flange back on the pipe. Because I used Angie's List I was eligible for all sorts of discounts. My bathrooms smell nice. I now have more pressure and cleaner water in the home and I can throw away all the buckets I had under the outside faucets. "Jeff: You are a lifesaver. Thank you so very much for helping me through this." Day and Night Plumbing is now my go-to business for plumbing, Air conditioning and heating.

I noticed the tile in my laundry room was getting warmer and warmer and I was worried that we had an underground leak so I contacted my home warranty company AHS and they sent out a plumbing company quickly, however when I looked at their company with the BBB they had a "D" rating and 27 complaints on file. Being an Angie's List member for several years I decided to go with "Day and Night Plumbing" due to the great reviews and ratings. I would like to acknowledge Jason and Kevin who are two of the most professional workers I have encountered yet. Jason had an opening the next day and came out for leak location and to write up a bid for my insurance company, he had the bid completed that evening. We were able to get the project scheduled in the same week and Jason was good enough to "hold" a day for me as I was waiting for the funds to show up. Jason and Kevin were on time, put down tarp to protect my flooring and cleaned up every bit of mess and there were multiple places in my home where drywall needed to be cut in order to reach pipes. Both of them were extremely pleasant and as an added bonus Jason took a look at my leaky toilet that had been bothering me for a couple weeks and noticed the wax ring was failing which he replaced at no extra charge!! Kevin took the time to show me how to change the air filters in my A/C unit and gave me some further ideas on how to maximize air flow and lower my monthly bill. What an asset these two men are to the business. I am a very happy customer for life. Jeff O has been to my property on a couple of occasions to help fix the water leak. First he came to find the source of the leak and cap it off so the other repairs could be made. Anytime there is a water leak in your house the repair is a journey and Day and Night was with me all the way. Jeff O came back to repair the water line so I could get my wall closed back up. I am a Day and Night customer for life - they have gone above and beyond in helping me through this process.

Tech came out on time and surveyed the two systems I needed checked out and cleaned. Found the Mastercool K.I.A but the A/C system working fine. Did a lot of cleaning and system checks and stayed longer than ANY previous company. I knew he was doing a GREAT job after he left me with ALL the readings from this unit. I then decided to go with their maintenance agreement and had NO out of pocket costs (initially). I will be paying monthly (an option they offered) for a low fee ($14) and will have them out twice a year. I'm a disabled Vet and am on a VERY fixed income so every penny saved is a good thing. They are AWESOME!!! One thing I need to make clear.....my previous Angies list a/c company went out of business and these guys inherited me. When I called the old number it switched to Day and Night.... I have NO regrets. I have found a company I truly can trust and believe in. THANK YOU ANGIE..

Day & Night (Jeff) was great. We had Roto Rooter out the week before. It was a disaster. They were not helpful. They did not help find cleanouts. Charged double the original quote ($460) and then wanted $3000 to dig up the septic line. Day & Night (Jeff) found the cleanouts, cleaned the line, scoped it twice, checked the remainder of the system and only charged $160. Day & Night will be our preference for any future issues.
