Jeff was quick, professional and friendly. He came the same day we called, did a great job and even chatted with our curious preschooler who wanted to ask him lots of questions about what he was doing. We will definitely call Day and Night again next time.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional fees beyond the price of the deal. It took him not even an hour to complete the work and he cleaned up well before he left. He even took the old toilet and leaking seal away with him. Everything turned out perfectly.

Extraordinary Care. That is how I would describe the service that Jeff O provided. I have used Jeff before which is why I contacted him again when I wanted to replace my outdated water heater. Dependability and consistency of service is paramount in keeping customers loyal. Jeff went over the various types of water heaters that would be appropriate for the space and my needs. I received a very reasonable bid and so I purchased a tall, 40 gallon water heater and Jeff arrived today, on time, in order to install it. Jeff took care of everything, the purchasing, the paperwork and, of course, the installation. He removed the old water heater, drained it and removed it. Jeff did not leave until every T was crossed and I was dotted. This kind of attention to detail is appreciative especially to someone like me who is not a plumber. Additionally, Jeff took the time to instruct me on how to keep my new water heater working well by practicing routine flushing of the unit. I never knew about this detail before and will take is advice. This is the 3rd time I have contacted Jeff for plumbing services and I have not been disappointed. The service went well. I paid more than the big deal amount for some treatment. They were prompt, and seemed to be honest. I would use them again in the future.

Everyone, from the sales team to the customer service and installation crew, was great. Day and Night wasn't the cheapest AC company we got a quote from, but they weren't the most expensive either. The equipment the sales team offered was high quality and up to date. The installation crew arrived promptly and completed the job quickly. Our new system is running great so far. Couldn't be happier.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was just okay. Basically they wanted to replace everything. It was hard to put any credibility on it when somebody says everything needs to be replaced. Most of the stuff is not that old. The drain he cleared was fine, but he did not really do any work; it was just an overall inspection. I have to kind of question anybody that tells me everything needs replaced. My house is not that old and he said I needed a new garbage disposal and it is only two years old and works fine. I want to know what truly needed to be fixed and what is okay for now. The price was fair and they were here when they said they would be. He was also very professional, but his recommendation of work was of no value to me.

I purchased a deal for a new toilet. Day & Night let me know that the toilet there were offering recently had issues and they did not feel comfortable installing it because of the issues. I appreciated their honesty instead of installing the toilet and hoping for the best. Ultimately I decided to just stick with my current toilet.

It was inexpensive. They were very fast and it didn't take long for them to fix.

The services provided by Day & Night Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing were good, but the price was on the high side. If customers have time to get different prices and quotes, definitely do that.

They are FABULOUS from first contact to end of installation! I was so impressed with the whole process that I told called them several times after the job was complete to thank them for their great customer service from start to finish. Even after completion, they came back one week later to check on the job again to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Jeff Oehm came out to install a new hot water heater. This would be the first job done without my Dad's involvement so I was very uncomfortable, not having the knowledge he had to ensure work was being done properly. Jeff explained everything, each step of the way, and within a couple of hours my worries were put to rest. He is highly experienced, thorough and completed the job to perfection. I had the best experience and feel confident that I need not worry about shoddy workmanship or up-selling unnecessary services. I'll be contacting him shortly to install new toilets. I highly recommend this company and Jeff!

The plumber was Jeff Oehm, and he was marvelous--professional, fast, and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and made helpful suggestions to avoid these problems in the future. He cleaned up everything when he was done, and we couldn't have been more pleased.

I decided to replace the larger unit as a preemptive measure. From the very beginning to the end, Day and Night was very professional, honest, and upfront about everything. They did amazing work and were very courteous even though they had to spend a long time up in the attic.

Replaced run capacitator and hard start on one of our units. Jason was extremely professional.

This worked out fine. The experience was very positive. We have saved their information and would use them again. I do not remember any issues or problems with their work they did.

Victor was very efficient and did everything very well. They use excellent products and do excellent work. I was very pleased with them and would continue to use them. Somebody called afterwards to make sure everything had gone well, and I was very impressed by that.

The entire cost of the job escalated to total of $212.00. I could have gone to Home Depot and bought a new one for about $ 50.00 and installed it myself. If he had told me about the increase I could have just paid the Service Charge and gone to Home Depot. In rechecking their on Angie's List I noticed a 5% discount. The invoice does not mention if I received it. 2/17/14 After leaving this review Day and Night contacted me and wanted to do the right thing. They offered to credit me $162 which I believe the job should have cost. They cared enough to reach out to me and make me happy and I care enough to change their grade from a D to an A. I will also be calling them in the future if I need their services and due to their customer service recommend them to others.

They've been in business since 1978. I thought they did an excellent job. Their price for installing they system they did was very much in line with others I checked. They said they were going to be here at 6a.m. and they were. They completed it within a day. I have a two-year warranty with them. They had a guy that came out to survey the job ahead of time. They actually increased the size of the intake ductwork. He drew it all up and they had it all figured out before they got here. They also put in a new wireless thermostat. I'm very happy with the system.

They've been excellent for everything.
