Overall the servicer did a great job, keeping me informed every step of they way, he did a lot of looking (inspecting) of all parts of the system, the outside unit, the thermostat, and intake vent, and the attic part of the unit. He didn't find anything wrong other than a few lose electrical fittings, which he tightened, and he saw some bearing wear, but nothing to be worried about until we start to hear some noises. Overall I was pleasantly surprised that this didn't turn costing us more money considering the unit is a good 7 years old, and to our knowledge had NEVER been looked at before.

I would choose this company over any other in the area anytime!

Jeff Oehm was the pluming specialist and was very impressive right from his arrival. He worked smoothly and efficiently, explaining what he was doing every step of the way. He found the backup sight within minutes and worked diligently to clear the problem area. I would strongly recommend his services.

Overall excellent service from beginning to end. This company is run very professionally and I was pleased with the communication from the technician. I am only disappointed in their price point - exceptionally high. But, I do think that to run such a professional business takes more expense and thus, they probably do need to charge more.

Perfect. Arrived earlier than scheduled (called first to make sure it was ok), and did the work in 45 minutes. Tech was friendly and efficient, and I couldn't be happier.

Their work was expert, and they even showed me how to take care of my plumbing so that it would outlast normal wear and tear. The folks at Day & Night were great! The rep was very knowledgable about the product and our needs. The price was very competetive. The key item that differentiated them was that the rep and the installation manager came to our house BEFORE the intstallation to reivew and confirm the order was correct. The day of the installation everything went very smooth. Two weeks after the installation a service tech and rep then reviewed the installation and went over any additional questions that might have come up since the installation. After everything was checked out, then we were handed the invoice. I've never had this type of service before! Everyone extremely professional and very well trained. Always on time, and always called to confirm. Never felt rushed or pressured during the entire process, they even put their booties on before we asked.

They were able to send someone out the same day. He showed up a little early and even called 30 minutes prior to ensure it was OK to show up early. He was polite, and very efficient. Did an awesome job and even gave me some advice on my future project I mentioned offhand. I would definitely call these guys again.

I was not happy with the service. I felt like they never really fixed the problem after coming out several times. I ended going with another company.

They came out prior to installation to evaluate my home. They had to re-do the ducts and replace the air handler in the attic to get the unit installed so it took about 2 days to complete all the labor.

Everything west exceptionally well. Jeff who did the work for me was quick, experienced and extremely knowledgeable in all phases. Jeff went way beyond and deserves even more than 5 stars. When finished the job he vacuumed the small amount of dust after having to cut open a small area to reach the pipes. My bathroom floor was left cleaner than before. He closed up the wall very neatly. Jeff is a definite asset to Day and Night and I thank the company for having such a great skilled employee. Thank You JEFF and thank you Day and Night.

My experience with this company was very positive in all aspects. The office staff was courteous, helpful, and prompt in returning calls and answering questions. Jeff O. was the plumber who came to my home and performed the repairs. He is, without doubt, a master at his craft. It was a pleasure watching him work. He quickly, confidently and precisely dealt with every issue. His years of experience are clearly visible. I appreciated the education I received from him, and his patience answering my endless questions.

The service was fine. It was easy to schedule and they did the work fast.

4/23/2014 - update - current manager called soon after posting to discuss the situation; very professional, respectful of situation, listened to all of our concerns, offered sincere apologies, took immediate action to resolve situation that was agreeable to both parties; after speaking with the manager and the immediate action that the company took, I would consider using the company again if we need service in the future, I just would not recommend the technician that we had; I have upgraded the ratings for overall, price, professionalism, and responsiveness based on the actions that the manager took, however, I left the previous ratings for quality and punctuality since they were based on the service previously received and I have not used them again yet; 4/12/2014 - completely unprofessional - would not hire again and would not recommend; we called and scheduled appointment for him to come and provide estimate, we showed him the products that we wanted installed, he provided an estimate, which cost $49 just for estimate; he quoted 2 hours to do the job, but when it came time to install, he showed up early (which was nice) but the 2 hour job turned into 10+ hours and he did not even come prepared with the right parts to complete the job; he ended up having to run out in the middle of the job to get more parts and still didn't understand how to install the fixtures, we had to do the research online and print everything out for him even though he had an IPAD with him; additionally he kept asking for more coffee and to use our bathroom - I don't mind if a contractor asks to use the bathroom but he used the bathroom every 30 minutes (no joke) and drank a whole pot of our coffee; the quality of the work (when it was finally complete) was okay - but I wish we would have went with another company because his price was way too high for what he did, especially when we provided all of the fixtures and ended up having to do all of the research; and even after we printed out the installation manuals for him, I still had to walk him through the installation (good thing I am an engineer).

I have used them for several seasons. I would continue to use them but, I had a new system put in and the people that installed it have to take care of it. They were really good. They were helpful and polite. They tried to save me money. They came out right after I made the purchase.

Everything went very well especially the repair of the kitchen sinks. I am very happy and extremely satisfied with the work. I have had Day & Night many times and have always been very pleased with the work and the people from the office to the technicians. Thank You Day & Night.

I called him twice He never showed up and never came back out.

The worker arrived exactly on time. He worked quickly and quietly to remove my old, leaking toilet, the seat and rings. He installed a new toilet, high-efficiency, with a self-close lid, and low-water flush. In the original ad on Angies List, it stated that it would be a dual-flush toilet, which I have had in both my bathrooms for years. When the single flush toilet was installed instead, I questioned it, and was told that the dual-flush toilets weren't as efficient at flushing down waste, and they decided to start using single-flush green toilets instead. I've never really cared for the old dual-flush toilets I had when I bought this house a couple of years ago, so I was glad to hear that. I have been VERY happy with the toilet itself, the way it was installed, and the fact that the old toilet was hauled away. He cleaned up the floor all around the new toilet, and left everything neat for me. It only took him 50 minutes from the time he arrived to do the job, till he was packing up his truck and leaving. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

I purchased a Big Deal for drain cleaning and a general inspection for $79.00. It went very well. Victor did a good job, I was very happy with his work. I sent photos to them of the faucets because they are 50 years old. They wanted to make sure they could get everything they needed for these to be fixed. I have asked multiple plumbers in the past and no one could fix these. They were able to get everything replaced properly and prompt.

Jeff Oehm did the work and, if we have future problems with the line, we would definitely call him again. He was very helpful and professional and gave us some good advice on how to maintain the drain line.
