They came out on Sunday, were very pleasant and efficient. Could have been a real hassle, since the whole house was shut down, sewer wise. But whole business of using a "hydro-cutter" was not so well handled. Guy showed up, didn't know what he was supposed to do on the appointed day, didn't have equipment. And cutting the roots was v. expensive.

My issue turned out not to be plumbing however CJ did a fantastic job of checking things out and giving me advise on how to pursue the issue with my water company. I will definitely use them if I get a plumbing issue.

They scheduled my appointment on the incorrect day and I had to call them and text them twice to get it fixed. When that day finally came, they didn't show up or call me. When I called them to find out if he was running late since I'd been waiting around for 3 hours, they said they called me twice and already came and went. Supposedly they came out at 10:30 even though the appointment window was for 12-3. They made me feel like it was my fault. Worst customer service I've dealt with.

Highly professional, no nonsense, just excellent work. I'd gladly use them again.

The technician (CJ) was extremely polite and was efficient in getting the job completed. The price was extremely competitive compared to the other estimates received.

What we thought was a minor repair, turned out to be major. Holes were dug in the floor, and we needed to replace a 40+ year old sewer drain pipes. The crew was wonderful. Alex, Nathan, and the other guys worked hard and were very accommodating to my husband who was at home, while I went to work. They came in early for several days, and then finally on a Friday night, worked until almost 7:00 p.m. to complete the repairs --all so that we wouldn't have to go to a motel. We were very grateful. They hosed down our drive way and cleaned up the flooring after. I would definitely recommend them!

Billy O'Keefe was great, he know his stuff, I had a main pressure valve replaced, I was very satisfy with the work he had done. I would highly recommend Custom Cooling & Plumbing to anyone that need plumbing done.

They don't get 5 stars because they were late by 1.5 hours. However; once the tech got there, he was friendly, informative, and got right to work and fixed our problem quickly. They're an easy to work with company, with a good technician.

Jorge did all of the work by himself and I was so impressed with this young man. He came in the morning and worked his butt off all day. This was a huge job, required my bathroom to be demolished with a gigantic hole in the middle; plus two enormous holes dug outside. It was back-breaking and hot outside; but Jorge was all business. The only complaint I have is with the company they recommended to to the re-model. That has been a disaster, a complete and total disaster. I still have no vanity top and this all started in early August!!!!

This was an all around excellent experience. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. He took a look at the problem with the toilet and discussed with me all of my options and prices. When he had to pick up a new toilet, he explained his timing and when he would be back from the supplier. The new toilet was installed quickly. The technician cleaned up everything quite well. It was all very professional. I would definitely use Custom again.
