LARRY MILLER DODGE

It was an accident and it was an insurance claim. I was shocked, I thought it would be more than what they said it was and it was right at $1,000. It looked real good afterwards. I had to rent a car on my own, they didn't give you a loaner or anything. You had to rent it through a company that was right there on the lot with them. He had the car for 2 days and got the work done. I would say I got a good price and a good job done. I did call them up after the work was done, because right after the work was done I noticed one of the blinkers weren't working. They said the bulb had to be replaced. They don't have bulbs any more, they have the whole light to replace now. They replaced the whole light. I said, I wondered how come that happened, because it was working when I took it into them. They said, Bring it back in we probably will have to replace the bulb. I took it back and they replaced the whole light.

I have been to this dealer several times to get an oil change. I have been hopeful they would have some specials or coupons I could use. This dealership ALWAYS charges me double what I get from Bill Luke Dodge. I don't understand, its the same service. Larry Miller then goes on to tell me that my 2006 truck with the HEMI uses special oil. Its not that special, it just takes more to fill it. I am very confused. They treat you as if you know nothing about cars at all.

Now I travel all the way into Phoenix to Bill Luke just for my oil changes. Bill Luke ALWAYS does it right.

Now Larry Miller sends me a special coupon telling me to come in and shop for a new truck. They tell me I have won a prize, just down and claim it, guaranteed. When I get there (against my better judgment) the staff has no clue what im talking about. Even when I show them the flyer stating I may have won 25,000 in cash. Just another scam to get me in the door.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership. Even tho they are so close to my home, I will not use them for any service !

The provider, Larry Miller Dodge did the following:

1. The service provider did unauthorized work that boosted the amount that was charged.

2. Did not provide up front estimate of the price of the work to be completed.

3. Did not get a written authorization for the work on the car.

4. When customer was dissatisfied with the work and the price, there was no follow-up with customer service.

5. Prices for work completed were inflated.

They are good. They have a little bit of construction going on up there but they managed to do it very well. They worked right through it. The work they do is good. They get it done and I don't have to go back and fix it again. They took me home and picked me up and took me right back. Everything they said they were going to fix, they fixed and it worked. Even with the little things they need to fix, they have done that too. They were very professional.

Our vehicles are always fixed right. They always do a great job. My only issue is that their prices are a bit high.

Parts needed for repair were not available in Phoenix, so repairs took longer than one week. Other checks were performed at my request as I needed to drive van 1400 miles into severe winter weather. Vehicle was returned clean and in good condition. All my billing questions were answered satisfactorily. Several days after vehicle was returned to me, the dealership's sales department called to say they had noticed it was a desirable model in good condition with low mileage, and asked if I would be interested n selling it to them. I explained it belonged to my elderly parent, not me (which the service department was aware of) but if they could give me a value range for the offer I would pass it on to the owner. Sales never called back, so this wasted my time when I was busy because of the delayed trip, and theirs.

The folks at Larry Miller Dodge were up front, timely, gave a good explanation and honored their warranty. They advised me that the warranty provides me with a rental vehicle while repairs are done. I will absolutely buy my next vehicle from Larry Miller Dodge.

They provide a lot of good service, they know you. They offer a ride for you back home. They are really good about getting you in even if you call late. They always wash your car. They always check by phone to make sure you were happy. I think they were good guys. The most important thing is that I have a hybrid cal. They have expert skill with the mechanics for that kind of car. I have had that car since 2002, when that kind of car was coming out, and they have always had the kind of people who knew how to service that kind of car.

WAS SENT HERE BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY. TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN CONVENIENT TO GET A RENTAL CAR IN ORDER TO BE ON MY WAY TO WORK.

WHEN THE BUBBLES DID NOT GO AWAY, THEY RE-TINTED THE CAR. NO HASSLE.

AS THE SERVICE COULD NOT BE PERFORMED UNTIL THE NEXT DAY THEY GAVE ME A RENTAL CAR AT NO COST TO USE UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED 2 DAYS LATER. THEY WERE ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS AS SOON AS I DROVE THE CAR INTO THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY HAD LOTS OF STAFF TO ASSIST ME. THE SERVICE ADVISOR THAT I WORKED WITH WAS FRIENDLY AND TOLD ME ALL THE DETAILS AS TO WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO MY VEHICLE. THE CAR WAS WASHED PRIOR TO MY PICKING IT UP. RECEIVED A FOLLOW UP LETTER TO INSURE THAT THE VEHICLE WAS WORKING CORRECTLY. RECEIVED TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WORK WHEN I DROPPED THE CAR OFF. OVERALL, GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
