Absolutely fantastic! This company was responsive, professional and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Probably the best carpet cleaning we've ever had---they knew what they were doing! We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I thought well, until the dryer would not dry. Brought another company out and they cleaned from the outside and pulled a birds nest out. But most interesting is the after pull back some drywall the vent is crushed. See this tells me there is do way this Extreme was able to fully clean this vent or they would have reported this to me. They totally missed that the vent was NOT clear.

I had my dryer vent cleaned out and thought it was a great service at the time. I quickly noticed my clothes still weren't drying and reached out to the company after their 30 day warranty. I got busy, it wasn't like I was trying to get a random free service again. I got a response that I would need to purchase the deal again, which I didn't feel was fair. I had a family member come look at it and they pointed out that where the dryer vent hose meets my ceiling, there is drywall ripped out and the hose is pulled down. I can't get another company to do the vent cleaning now until I have a General Contractor fix the hose entirely. None of my clothes dry (repeat moldy clothes), I have to go to a laundromat, and its a HUGE fire hazard. I will be lucky to get away with $300 to have the hose replaced, drywall fixed, and the vent to be cleaned out again. This is after I've wasted I don't even know how much on my electric bill trying to get moldy clothes to dry. I can't get ANGIES LIST to even let me make a phone call about this. I am not a part of their Gold Level Service. Not only would I never use this company again, I will never give a dime to Angie's list. Ever. Again. All I want is my money back. Because at the very least, I now have to spend 6X that just to get this repaired.

The technician called before arriving, earlier than set appointment. Very courteous and professional. He explained what he was going to do, what materials he was going to use, and what I could use to keep my floors clean. I felt he did a thorough job, and I would call them again when I need the grout cleaned. The shower is sparkling!

Tim cleaned the vent and showed us how much lint was in vent. Way too much and he recommended we have it cleaned every 3 to 5 years.

Great! Tim arrived on time (early actually), very professional and polite, explained the procedure and worked efficiently. He left my laundry room clean and vacuumed behind the dryer, :-) The price with the coupon was great and I will definitely use them again. I also asked about the carpet and tile cleaning. The quote was quite reasonable so I will be calling to schedule that as well.

This was the second time we called on Tim for cleaning service. Once again everything went excellent. Will use their services again without hesitation.

Great -on-time- hard workers, smart and very welled informed of fabrics, tile, wood cleaning etc. - Have already and will hire again!

They cleaned a separate small pet rug as well. Everything looks good after it dried.
