Tim was on time and professional. He explained what he planned to do and did a thorough job. The grout looks great. Would hire AZ XtremeClean again in a heartbeat and plan to the next time I need my floors cleaned.

I had to wait to get on their calendar and when Tim did show up the cleaning of the grout was still dirty. And they never came back as promised and it is still dirty today. Also they promised to caulk my broken grout which they never came back to do. Tim and Tiffany were very polite but my work is still not done properly. They appear to be way too busy for me. Would I hire again...probably not.

Great job! He was professional and effective to collaborate with clients like me, but the neighbor interrupted his work while talking about the business selling something to him was not the proper way. It was annoying me and my wife to see the neighbor talking with him for almost 30 minutes. I do recommend this company for customers but bear in mind he should ignore the neighbor that he focuses on the job importantly.

Very well, there were 2 fellows who did an excellent job & were very professional. I removed all items from the carpet floors to make the job easier for them & their equipment. I was most pleased with their service as well as the follow-up calls confirming service details.

They called the day before (Sunday) to let me know when to expect the cleaning. The day of, they called to let me know they were on the way. When he arrived he checked what I needed and explained all the details, including the concern for my pets. Very professional, would definitely hire again on a regular basis.

They were ok. I had another group that came out that was much more thorough. When I asked them to come out, they've always been good about that. I make the appointments, all of them. All of them, I make the appointments. They were ok. They cleaned the ducts. But I've had others come out from Angie's List that have been much more thorough. It's all on my terms. Other people came out and they were much more thorough. I would have given the other people an A. They didn't take the ducts down. The other people took the ducts down, they cleaned the vents and the whole bit. They said that they could just do it like this and it works well. I thought good, fine whatever. It was positive that they came out on time. They were very nice, they did their job, like I said, they weren't as thorough. They cleaned my vents, but the other people that came out before, they took the vents out, they washed the vents, they cleaned every vent. Whereas these people came in, they took the vents off and go I can suck all of his through these three vents with one hole. And I'm sure they were right on that, but the other people did it differently. I would not use them again because of that. To make it better, clean out each and every vent and to clean the vents themselves. The other people came out and they cleaned every vent that was exposed and they would go in and they cleaned out every vent. Each one was cleaned out, not one vent will clean out three. That kind of thing. Price was good. I know you guys charge a fortune. You take 40% of what they make. I've learned that from a couple of them. That's extreme. They were all fair. The prices were all fair. But I felt bad that Angie's List took 40% of what they did because they did all the work and Angie's List took 40% of their profit, or their cost. Now you're aware of it. I've had three or four of them say that to me, and they said, well, we're not complaining because they keep us busy, but you know, that's not fair. That's too much. Everything's fair. If I didn't like the price, I wouldn't buy it. When the other guys came out, they did every single vent and they didn't. I really don't like the fact of putting somebody down. That's the way I am. They did the work, they did what they felt they needed to do. And it was different than what I've had in the past. And I have allergies and all that stuff, so I really want all that junk out of there. But, I wouldn't put them down.

Very well. Professional, courteous and kind. From setting up the appointment through the job finish we were happy with this company. He showed us the debris that he'd collected from our ducts and made sure to say that it is not necessary to do regularly, only every 7-10 years. Did not try to sell us on frequent service . Will use them again to try their carpet cleaning service.

The appointment was easy to set up. Tim was a little late arriving, but called me from the road to let me know. Put down drop cloths and wore cloth booties over shoes in the house. Work was done quickly and efficiently. No mess., Thinking about calling them in the future to recolor my grout.

The appointment went very well. I originally purchased the tile and grout cleaning package but inquired about a carpet cleaning package I saw on Angie’s list too. Tim said he would honor it and did both on the same day. No need to make another appointment. This is a genuine company and I plan to use them for any future flooring needs. 10/10 recommend.

Everything went great !. This is a family owned company and they took extra time to explain the procedure and go over why it's important to be performed. Friendly, professional and wow.. the air ducts were filthy!!. Great job.
