We had window installed by state 48 windows and doors. Jack and Andy did a wonderful job! They arrived promptly at 8:00, and didn't stop until they were done. Very friendly, and they answered all of our questions!

We love our new door. The installation looks great. State 48 was great for communication: they always let me know when the job would be performed, including if a schedule change was needed. The owner even communicated with me personally. I would hire State 48 again for windows and other jobs.

Pretty well satisfied. The installer overshot cutting my floor plank to fit threshold and I called 2 weeks ago to ask someone to come and caulk difference. I am still waiting and have caulked most myself, though with some difficulty due to hand and wrist weakness. I am somewhat disappointed about this aspect, as it would take an able-handed person no more than 10-15 minutes.

"Hilde, I'm flabbergasted by this review and the fact that you would be dishonest about the timeline. First of all, your flooring was already pre-cut to the existing location. Every bit of damage there was already existing and it's written in your contract, as it's written in all of our contracts, that we are not responsible to fix your existing flooring. We are installing a door for you, not fixing existing issues that are not related to the door installation. This is common practice throughout the door industry. We are not shirking any responsibility, but what you are complaining about is not related to anything we did for you. Saying you waitied two weeks for a response is a blatant lie. We spoke on the phone and I explained to you that we are not responsible to fix this issue. Even so, I agreed to send one of my guys out to fix it for you because you are elderly and I wanted to get you taken care of. Then the next day I see this review? I guess the old saying is true, no good deed goes unpunished."

I would have given 5 stars, They were professional, personable, and friendly. After they left I found some wrapping material in the yard, there was some silicone sealer on the door frame, and the upper outside corners of the frame I had to add silicone sealer. You can see they tried to get it in there but when the sun hits it, you can see there's no sealer. These to me are no big deal and I would hire them again. So why mention it? Cause these things should have been taken care of. I am able to take care of it my self. But if it's your family member who cant, or they dont know what to look for. You can give a friendly reminder before they leave to check around and make sure the job is done.

I've recommended this company to my parents when it comes time for them to get new windows. We've had a house full of windows plus one sliding patio door installed. One more door to complete. All are rock solid.

These guys are simply amazing! High level of customer service, professionalism and workmanship. Plus, they ended up being half the cost of all the other companies that came out to bid. They turned my dinning room window into beautiful french doors and I couldnâ t be happier I went with State 48 Door and Window.

I needed a new door installed as soon as possible, and Hunter somehow managed to fit me into the schedule on short notice. I told Hunter which door I'd been thinking of buying, and the installers bought it, picked it up and brought it over for me, These guys were very nice and worked quickly. Before I knew it I had a brand new door. Any needs with new doors and/or windows, and I'll be calling Hunter again. I would definitely recommend them.

I received a call from The owner within minutes of doing a proposal request through this site. Hunter Fitch was very helpful, helped me select quality doors to replace a front door, and a sliding glass door. The installation was done on time with a great installation team. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this company. I am already receiving compliments on the new doors. The pricing was reasonable and there were no glitches in the installation. I would certainly use this team again.

Hunter was amazing to work with from beginning to end. I love that they use DocuSign for contracts too. Greg & Mike showed on time and worked great as a team to get everything done in one day even though it was a big job. They were friendly and professional: covered and cleaned as they went! Excellent work. I was given several options for my front door replacement. A more affordable option and one that would match the condo requirements, as to not cause problems with the condo home owners association we went with the matching door and are very happy with the results.

Very nice, professional. I was immensely impressed with how they made sure they kept things clean throughout the process so they wouldn't track a mess through my house. Hunter and Dell were both very pleasant - even when working in the heat! They even blew off my full patio for me as part of their cleanup. I'll definitely hire them again!

Pre-hung fire doors are very expensive to replace. Hunter and State 48 Door & Window submitted a bid that was ~$170 lower than the other 2 bids I had done for this door. I selected State 48 and they arrived at the agreed upon time, completed the installation quickly and efficiently and left the work area spotless. Our new door looked great! I would highly recommend State 48. They care about their customers and the quality of the work they do.
