On site satellite is one of those companies that you try to find but seem to never be able to. Well I did, and glad I did. They are very, very knowledgable and listen to what you want done. We had a difficult install and they handled it with ease. So glad to have them in my toolbox!!

First-our issue was installing our satellite in our RV. After several hours -following directions all the way-we could not get the satellite to work. (the directions we had did not tell us what we had to do to the receiver before it would work) Searched the net, made calls to the RV businesses only to be told they'd get back to us. After waiting two days we found On-Site Satellite through Home advisor. Within 30 minutes of our inquiry we were called by On-Site. Fred asked questions to determine what we needed and then had us bring in our receiver so he could get it set up before the install the next morning.The installer, Bill, called in the morning to let us know his arrival time. Within 45 minutes both TVs were up and running in the RV. These men were professional and knowledgeable-we are extremely pleased with the service-and their concern that we get our problem solved. I recommend On-site as a 5+ star company. Thanks Fred and Bill for taking good care of us!!!

Don't call DISH Network for repairs or programming difficulties. Call on site satellite they are much more reasonable and much more knowledgeable when it comes to satellite television systems. And their service is much quicker then DISH Network. Will definitely use these guys again if I have any more problems. Very satisfied customer. Thank you.
