Carlos came out and provided a complete strategy to update out sound and video, then put it in place very capably.

I was told he’d arrive at noon so I made arrangements with work to get off early using my PTO and everything. He did not show up till 4pm. Stayed only less than ten minutes stating he did not have a ladder tall enough for th job even though he was aware of what the job was and that he needed a tall ladder days before the project. He told me he’d arrive and finish the job the next day at 8 am. He did not show up and did not answer the two voicemails I left. Called the next day to say he had “car trouble”. Arrived to the house to “fix” the problem which was lengthening a satellite dish cord on my roof, to comply with HOA policies. Instead of lengthening it he cut it down stating the satellite was foreign and I wouldn’t use it. I can’t argue with that since I never saw the dish and no proof was given to me. I suspect he did it that way as the job was faster. I was charged $80 for that. I would give them zero stars if I could.

The Tech (Bill) that installed our new Dish system was outstanding. We had the work done to our new 40 ft motorhome. He was extremely conscientious about everything he did and kept me in the loop to ensure all, like the wiring, the placement of the two receivers and the set up of the antenna was done to my liking. The odd thing is that I was trained by the military to do somewhat easier projects similar to this. Unfortunately, as a disabled vet, I suffer from cognitive problems and become extremely agitated, frustrated, and show signs of anxiety when my efforts don't end in success. I could easily see that due to the many years of experience, Bill knew exactly what needed to be done and did it to perfection. He even took the time and gave me the feeling of confidence that I could disconnect the system and rebuild it when we move from point to point around the country as "snowbirds". Would I have Site Satelite, Inc. do other work for me?...absolutely!! I highly recommend them and would refer others to the quality of work that they do. They get an A+ from me. WFS

They are Still dilligantly working and trying to stop signal drift on the new outdoor antenna they installed for me. So glad they are trying to do their best! I have a problem area for an antenna evidentially.

Worth the money

On Site Satellite came out at the last minute after the dish disposal company I hired failed to ever return my call or come out to the scheduled appointment. Home Advisor and Bill from On Site Satellite saved the day and came in less than 24 hours to remove per the contract and closing for our home today. Great Job and highly recommend!

He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He understood the problem, and had it up and working in no time. He explained everything, to make sure I knew how to use it. I am very happy with the results, and I highly recommend him to all.

Carlos was courteous and helpful in restoring our aging component audio / visual systems. He arrived to do the work at the time he promised and ensured that we understood the set up before leaving the job.
