Microwave repair. He told us we needed a new board. After several weeks of asking when the board would come in, he finally put it in. Two days later we discovered the board not operating correctly. After several more weeks and asking when the replacement would come in, he comes in and replaces the board and asks to be paid for service and the board. I refused to pay twice for his mistake. Microwave is again not working. Getting a new service person. I spent close to $400 for nothing. Got to wonder whether he is getting second hand parts.
