Ken was not able to make the originally scheduled appointment time but he called ahead to let me know of the situation and we successfully rescheduled with no problems. Ken was professional and provided a great service at a great price. I appreciated that he hauled away the old appliances and left no mess behind. Thank you KB Appliances!
