They sent out a person to give me a price. I scheduled the work. It took 2 days. On both days the crews arrived in time. They cleaned up the tree debris & we're very polite. I was very satisfied with their service. It was worth the money.

Their Arborist helped to inform me about how my live oaks should be trimmed and was very polite and informative. The crew worked fast and efficiently.

Promised to not break light fixtures or anything, but some light fixtures were broken. Good job trimming date palm and cutting down orange tree. Came early, which was good.

Removed a mature Sissou tree from my back yard, and cleaned up all the mess it created... and then some (branches I had removed that we're still stacked close by). Reduced the volume of a Palo Verde tree in front yard, by more than half. much needed... I only would have preferred they checked with me prior to departing, as some of the lower branches could have been removed also. On time, coordinated well, and job was done quickly.

The only confusion I had was when they rescheduled the treatment service. I wasn't sure if both services were rescheduled or just the one. The Arborist and crews were very professional. They were quick, and cleaned up after after themselves. The trimmers even clean out the canopy of the tree without disturbing the nests. I would recommend Tree Pro's to my neighbors.

Originally wanted to remove a neglected olive tree in our side yard, they told me they could prune it back to a viable specimen and that I could get some more years and shade from it...great call added some up lighting after they were done and now it is a focal point. Fair estimate, on time and professional work.

Did not remove stump which was less than 8" in diameter.
