In summer they run a crew just for palm tree trimming, so they were able to schedule my job weeks earlier than other providers

While I think all tree services are expensive, comparatively speaking, I think Tree Pros is up there in value for money. I got the service I asked for and good advise to boot. Very professional. The only reason I rated customer service at 4.5 instead of 5 is, and I cannot believe I am saying this, that for each visit the workers showed up early--I mean an hour early. I happened to be here so it was not problem for me, but there was a real possibility that I might not have been here if I'd been running errands and not expecting them for another hour. Nonetheless, I certainly plan on using this Pro again as need and budget arise.

The 4 workers came and started right on time, they were in a hurry and a little careless in the beginning and damaged one of my cactus. after I told them to be more careful they did a great job. the crew with the stump grinder did very well and efficiently.
