I was way over charged. I paid $248.44 for them to un clog a sink. I feel that they took advantage of me because I was out of town and had renters that were ready for the issue to be resolved. The actual work performed took approximately 20 minutes. One thing good is the appointment was timely.

Bumblebee contacted me on Friday within 5 minutes of my request to arrange the appointment for an estimate on Tuesday. The technician arrived early and was friendly and professional. He worked with me on the estimate and applied discounts. An hour later my valve was replaced and problem solved. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

The plumber(Ben) did good work and cleaned up afterwards He gave me different options and quotes for the job and didn't do anything until he gave me the quote on the work. I will call them again if I need plumbing work done.

Ken from Bumblebee Plumbing came out within an hour and completed the work same day. He was very professional and cleaned everything up to where you couldn't tell he was ever there. We will use them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.
