Every aspect of the damage is studied and recorded to ensure the continued value of your vehicle after the repairs are complete. You are then provided with a comprehensive estimate outlining, in detail, the repairs needed to restore your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. In the event that hidden damage is uncovered during the repair process, you will be contacted and fully informed of any additional charges that might be necessary before we proceed with the repair.

Corey did an awesome job. When the job was done, you would never know that any work had been performed. The paint match was perfect and blended in extremely well. I would definitely return if I need any body work done.

You just can't explain how friendly, personable, and helpful they were in this fun situation. If I had my favorite brother as the owner of the body shop, I do not believe I would get better service than I did. I had a rough but I am guessing typical situation of a car accident and the other party did not have insurance. GateWay Autobody was very helpful and patient as I was working through the options in front of me, none of them good as the car was beyond totaled. They went above and beyond and actually stated: Sometimes we just need to be here to do the right thing and be helpful to people. I have had past experience with other shops that appear to believe the opposite and take advantage of vulnerable people. I can not thank them enough, and they knew they would not see a penny out of this visit. Guess what, they will see my pennies in the future.
