Scott performed an extremely detailed inspection and provided the most thorough, extensive report I have ever seen. He was patient with my numerous questions and showed clear knowledge and vast personal experience regarding every detail he was reporting on.

The tech was very detailed and covered every inch of the house. The attention to detail was exactly what we were looking for. Scott does a very thorough inspection. He has been inspecting homes for (I believe) close to 40 years. Not only does he point out all of the major and minor details that the buyer has a right to know, but he also takes the time to walk you through everything he observed. He shows you what you need to know about where all of the utility boxes and emergency shut off switches are in your new home. He then takes the time to send you pictures of his observations with a very detailed report that gets emailed to you. This is an A+ inspector for a reasonable price, and I highly recommend him.
