Accountants/Tax Consultants
I didn't have an appointment and was able to be seen right away. Must've been my luck because I returned two hours later (after thinking I had left paperwork at home) and had to wait another hour and a half to finish. That wasn't really their fault though. The consultant that filed my taxes was very friendly and a bit of a goof, but when it came down to business, he knew his stuff. The girl working the front computer (I guess she was customer service?) was really unprofessional and didn't know how to do her job well. She treated people as she would friends (too casual) instead of customers. I almost said something to her about it but decided to keep my mouth shut.
