The quality of work was great but at the end he stated certain things was not in the estimate. So get the estimate in writing before he start.

The work was generally good, but they showed up erratically to work a while then go somewhere else. They were close to finishing and since I was going out of town for a few days, I agreed to pay the other half of my bill with the understanding the job would be finished when I returned. It was not. They did a little work the day I returned, but left when I arrived at home. They never came back to finish the job, and left me with what they did not complete as well as cleanup. I'm sorry it ended this way because I felt they were knowledgeable and had good ideas. My rating would have been better, but not finishing the job after accepting payment cancels out the positive.

Doug responded to my notice immediately with an estimate for a Porch/Deck repair & Painting. When he couldn't locate the type of railings I needed to be replaced. He kept me informed by phone of his research status. Finished within the time period he stated. Very polite and professional. He will even be checking back with me in a week or two to see if I have discovered anything he might need to fixing. Sweet huh!!!

Doug responded very quickly after my initial contact and was able to get to me the next morning for fence and gate repair, responding to my concern about the safety of my dogs! Doug Jones (DJ) is a very soft spoken and very hard working guy who gets things done. He is very prompt on showing up on time. His prices/rates are very reasonable and it was a breeze working with him to get the fence gate and also some kitchen cabinet repair-work done.

Mr. Jones was punctual, professional, and proficient in his approach to the repair of my fence. He completed the job exactly when he said he would, and I was more than happy with the results.

I was contacted very promptly and an estimate was done right away. Doug and his crew were very professional and did a great job on repairing and painting fascia, soffit, columns and more. He was very polite and he immediately came out to give me an estimate. I decided to hire him so he made a contract, I signed and he asked for half of the money up front which I paid. This took place on a Saturday, he stated that he would be here first thing on Monday morning to start the job and now its been 3 weeks. He refuse to do the job which I've paid him to do, I've called and he won't answer his phone instead he will text. Now I am ready to take legal actions.

They stayed on task and finished right before lunch. They are not the fly by type of business you can always get in touch with them later if you need anything.
