Fellow from Fontana called once; promised to call and come out to house to measure, but never called again and never showed up. Poor business practices. Not recommended.

I agree that that is not a normal business practice. However, I also own another company called Fontana disaster and restoration services LLC. And as we all know a hurricane hit our area and I was called to work in concert with FEMA along with other contractors to clean up not only Mobile but also in Louisiana therefore I was unavailable and did mistakenly not return the phone call of the client. ...
