I would not recommend anybody use them. They didn't remove stains and didn't remove the odor.

That included where they put sealer. It does not really stain proof it but the stains just don't penetrate as much. I would use them again. They move all the furniture and put little protective things on the foot and even put little footies on me until the carpet dries. That is how good they are.

They did a good job. They are trustworthy and you know what you are going to get for the money. They put your furniture on blocks so the carpet can dry out.

 They took their time and did it right. We have dogs in the house and the living room suit was in need of a cleaning to freshen up. It looks and smells brand new! I was thinking we were going to have to buy another living room suit but it just needed a new cleaning. Dane and Christen were very professional and patient as I was adding more items for them to clean. Great team that did a great job! Will be getting them out here 3 times a year to keep that fresh smell. It has made such a difference in the house.

They did a really good job. The service turned out as best as it could have. The carpets were really too old to be cleaned. We were asked to do it by the people that bought it and I think they wind up buying new carpet anyway because it just would not come clean. Stanley Steemer did as good a job as anybody could have done. They got a lot of it out, but it just would not all come out. It was just really old. I think they did just fine. They were very professional. They did it quickly and did it right. We did not really think it would take care of the problem completely, but it took care a lot. If we were still living there, we would have been pleased, but the owners wanted new carpet. The price was very reasonable.

Considering the condition and age of the carpet they did a good job.   It is builder stock beige and has taken a beating over the years with kids and pets. There were still some stains which I knew were going to probably stay.  They did a really good job with the tile on the kitchen floor.
