Jake's Construction

I was contacted same day, April 18, and work was scheduled. At the beginning communication was excellent. The project was started on time and I paid in full before work was completed. I was promised numerous times that the work would be completed. I waited more time than I should have before calling to set up another date for the project to be completed. The first call was answered and I was promised the work would be completed. I waited a few weeks and no one showed. I then texted and called one to two times a week and at that time I did not receive a return call or text. It is been at least a month or more since I tried to contact this company. The work was left unfinished but paid in full. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. Jake was very nice, respectful, and hardworking and I would have given 5 stars on everything if my calls and texts had been returned the work had been completed.
