Interior - Bonus Room/office 10ft x 12ft x 8ft- Remove and replace carpet and pad,Remove falling ceiling texture,pre prime spots where texture was removed.retexture ceiling, prime and paint.Install new trim, prime,and paint entire room.Dining room 11ft x 12ft x 8ft Remodeled room.Removed original 1 x 6 1/2 inch wide and 8 ft tall pine tongue and groove paneling and trim.Replaced with sheetrock.Installed and finished new sheetrock and trim.Primed and painted entire room.Patched and painted fist size hole in the dinning room ceiling and removed and replaced rotten wood on the soffit caused by roof leak.Exterior - Took down existing gutters and downspouts,stripped down to the bare metal,primed and painted, reinstalled after paint job was finished.Pressure washed house, replaced rotten soffit and facia.Primed and painted all wood surfaces reinstalled gutters once everything was dry.
