Recommended by my independent car shop to tow in my disabled vehicle. When I called, the woman on the phone was professional, friendly and efficient. The service was scheduled in no time. The driver arrived about an hour later than estimated - the office explained that he had been tied up longer than expected on a bad wreck - I can accept that. As requested I was notified when the driver was on his way and was told he would be there in 15 minutes - he arrived exactly 15 minutes later. I wish I could remember his name - he was great. Friendly and professional - and it was apparent he knew exactly what he was doing. Towing AWD vehicles like mine requires special equipment and procedures - doing it wrong can cause major (expensive) damage to the drivetrain. I never had a moment's concern, I felt my car was in good hands. He worked quickly and safely. We had a good time chatting but I didn't manage to slow him down! I had arranged with a friend to borrow a car and he even agreed to drop me off at her house on the way to the shop. By the time I arrived at the shop a few minutes later he was gone and my car was there safe and sound. Just great service all around.

The driver was punctual. Service attention was good over the phone. The price was a little high, I thought, for such a short distance of 4 miles, but it was a Saturday, and we had a time crunch--so we couldn't really check other sources. Overall, though, the service was great.

Driver was polite, helpful. Service was delayed by quite a bit longer than had originally been estimated and I had to call to follow up to see what was going on. It had been a really busy day, understandable.

The driver was polite, very good and funny. The dispatcher was helpful and polite. I have never been pulled out before (shoulder surgery did not allow me to shovel my own way out) so I cannot really comment on the relative price of the service but they were so good that I gave them an A anyway. However, the service was so good that I will consider calling Riggs rather than not shoveling in the future and if necessary I will use and reccomend them in the future. I also claim the service was prompt but my situation did not demand any immediate action and they showed up well before I needed and well within the time frame promised.
