One man came out and measured both the size of the attic and the depth of the insulation already in the attic, then a lady called a few days later and gave me a price and made an appointment to have insulation blown in. Two men came at the agreed time to blow the attic full of insulation. They were pleasant and did a good job. I also wanted insulation hung underneath my den floor which was a concrete floor that had no insulation. The men glued posts to the bottom (underneath side) of the den floor and came back a few days later to hang insulation underneath the floor. I have no complaints with the men or with their work.

Excellent. Installed with minimum disturbance and cleaned throughly afterwards. Quick, efficient, and results are everything anticipated and more. Has reduced cooling cost (work done in spring) noticeably. Cost was very competitive!

Excellent. I had been wondering for some time about the pros and cons of spray foam in my attic and Koala answered all my questions. Our bedrooms already had a good amount of traditional blow-in insulation above them, but the kids’ rooms would still be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. We have already noticed a difference after the spray installation! Highly recommend.

This can cause major issues such as increased heating and cooling costs, or even moisture issues. My crawl space insulation was repaired and the area was cleaned up. Such a great job! I only spoke to him over the phone. He was pleasant, very professional, and a very nice man. I liked his knowledge and attitude. I think he has been in this profession for a long time. It was a very good experience. He was interested in doing the work, but I did not use him.

Went very well overall. Chris Sampson was professional and good with building code issues. He had creative ideas for details and spent time to discuss options. Work was good quality with minor punch list items. Scheduling code inspections affected the timing some. Work site maintenance and cleanup was ok but could be improved. We have also used sister Custom Electrical.

Craig called me within an hour of my "request for quote" submission. He scheduled a visit for that same day, showed up as scheduled, then spent half and hour or so examining my existing insulation. He said the existing insulation was insufficient and recommended additional blown-in insulation as well as a radiant thermal barrier in a couple of knee-wall spaces. He provided a written quote on the spot. I subsequently had questions and was able to obtain answers over the phone with no problems. I ended up accepting the quote and the work was scheduled for the next week. Craig had estimated about 4 hours for the work. Greg and Trayvon showed up as scheduled and did the work efficiently and professionally. No issues whatsoever and they cleaned up well after the work had been completed. Entire project was completed in about 3 hours. From start to finish Craig, Greg, and Trayvon handled the work in a professional and courteous manner. From Gary's first visit until his Partner Paul and crew were finished we were EXTREMELY impressed. We are experiencing our first summer after the improvements were done and we're very happy with the cooler upstairs temperatures and more important the even temperatures. No more hot or cold spots, much less energy consumption and they even filed for a rebate for us from Duke Power. A first class act and a very professional company.
