We have had a tarheel basement waterproof system for almost 8 years and do their yearly maintenance. We are happy with them, and every technician frankly has impressed us. It is worth researching "encapsulating basements vs sealing" not every engineer agrees with tarheel's encapsulation. We have also been told it creates an overly dry basement that isn't good for wood over the years. So there are different view. However we have been happy with them

He gave me a lot of information about what he thought I needed to do. When he got into the job and realized there were things he didn't need to do, he cut back on the job. He cuts corners where he could, and saved me a lot of money.

The owner was very efficient in responding to e-mails as we had questions and arrived promptly with his crew as scheduled. He explained everything in detail as to the process of installing the waterproof sump pump. With all the rain and snow that we have had we haven't had any problems with our basement flooding as it has before. I would recommend his services to others who need their basement waterproofed

Josh from Williard's Waterproofing came to our home and assessed the leak we had in our basement. He was very professional and courteous. He told my husband and me what we could do to do the repairs ourselves. I was so very impressed with Josh and the business he represents that even though no work was performed I felt I needed to post a review. If we do need work in the future, Willard's Waterproofing will be the first place we contact

I requested a very experienced employee to come & assess our odd structural & water problems. The person who made my appt assured me that he was making my appt with one of their most experienced employees. A very immature man came to assess our basement needs. The 90 minute assessment appt lasted approx 3 hours due to his inexperience and need to talk about himself and his family . I asked for him to send other experienced employees back with him. He promised to email me a quote for partial basement work (which he verbally quoted) as the entire basement needs were what he needed to bring others in to see as we have odd situations in an older home. An experienced employee who wasn't so full of himself would have been a better experience. I have not received the quote he stated he'd email the day he was onsite. I don't expect to as our issues are not easy quick money for them and I'm not so agreeable to outrageous $ figures for hardly no work on a partial verbal quote of all of our needs

The gentleman arrived when he said he would and went under the house to take pictures and then showed them to me on his computer. We talked about different options that we could do and we decided to have him lay the waterproofing plastic under the rest of the house for an additional fee that was very reasonable. He did not have everything he needed to do this with him, so he went to Lowes and picked up what he needed and came back to finish the job, removing all the original waterproofing and laying the new plastic. He also took care of getting rid of the old plastic

It turned out well. They repaired the inside trenching of the wall, a pump to pump out the water. I was having water coming into the basement in high rainy days. They were very thorough in making sure that the dust didn't migrate throughout the house because they created a lot of dust when they were breaking up the concrete and they took everything out and it was neat when they left. The laid tarp down so they didn't get dust on your carpet. The job held up very well. I can hear the pump going off whenever there's a heavy rain and I haven't had any water problems since the repair. They were effective in resolving the problem
It went great! They did a great job very hard working crew, my basement is free from water. They said everything they said that they're gonna do and they give me a good estimate. They cleaned up everything and they did not mess up around. They were very polite.
I have a walkout basement that has trouble in severe rains that floods my basement under the door. We had a small sump pump installed, but it did not help Memorial weekend when we had Biblical rains hit the area. My sump and shopvac were working overtime as the ground was so saturated. I called four contractors for estimates. Falcone was the first to show up three days later. Chris spent a great deal of time talking with us on our concerns and inspecting our property. He gave us a fast and fair quote. Our job was able to be completed within three weeks of scheduling it. It took four days for Chris, Kenny and their crew to install an internal french drain system in my basement and crawl space as well as a door drain along with a sump and backup. They were kind, respectful, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the basement work area and my property when they were done. Maryl in the business office was great to work with. Everyone I was in contact with at Falcone was communicative and very nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend and would call on them again in a heartbeat. Thanks
With the recent snow melt and the rain we are having this may be a timely recommendation. I hope you don’t have this need, but if you do I would like to recommend Master Service Company. We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. So, we hired them! The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. We waited until the repair had been “battle tested”, (and this inclement weather has certainly accomplished that) before writing a recommendation. We could not be more pleased at this point. Again I hope you don’t have the need, but if you do give Mr. Jeff Russell at Master Service a call. Contact: Jeff Russell 317-720-3288
Previous piering companies had tried and failed to solve our sinking foundation problem with undersized piers. After researching available options and getting quotes from a few companies, we chose Expert House Movers to excavate around our foundation, install custom made piers to support the weight of our house (full masonry, stone foundation, slate roof and terazzo floos) and spray a rubberized coating on the below ground portion of our foundation to stop future water penetrations in our stone foundation. They showed up promptly, performed the necessary work in a timely matter and were careful of the landscaping we wanted to keep. The job itself took longer than anticipated mostly due to additional work needed once the foundation was exposed (tuckpointing, new window wells, etc). There was minor damage to the sprinkler system and the water service line, but we were compensated for the damage by EHM. My only complaint was the amount of old drainage pipes and broken concrete that was left on site during the work and not removed until the end of the job
Three men arrived on time they were courteous professional and worked hard! My only suggestion, prior to leaving the premises when the job is completed meet with the customer to see if they have any questions. I had to remind them when they were getting ready to leave I needed to pay them for their services! Would I hire them again you bet. Hard workers
Workers were very courteous and prompt. Major project that took three days, but the cleanup and dust proofing was great. I had special circumstances with my show dogs and they worked with me in every way. I was highly pleased with their people...nice, courteous, hard working. My basement's water issues are taken care if so I can proceed with finishing the basement. Should have used them a long time ago!
The work was performed correctly and the price was great. If you want the job done right at a great price I highly recommend Premier. That said, it took approx 5 months from the time I paid my deposit to actually have the work performed. The owner advised me that he was booked about 2 months out and he scheduled me a spot. Then he called 2 days before stating that he would need to reschedule. I called and left messages off and on for approx 2 more months before the owner got back in touch with me and rescheduled. When Premier came out to do the work they did a good job and the owner was very friendly and easy to work with. It took 3 days to get the work completed and they tried to do it in such a way that it caused minimal disruption. After the work was completed, I had to out my basement back together. This included cleaning up the concrete dust, reinstalling a sink, and laying back down carpeting after the new concrete set. I asked the owner if he would return to install the sink after the concrete set and he said he could if I needed him to but it didn't seem to be part of the service. This was no big deal for me as I am quite handy and could take care of all this myself. For the price I paid, I had no issue whatsoever taking care of these items. However, if you are someone who will need these types of things taken care of for you then I suggest you discuss these things with the owner beforehand and ensure they areally included in your service. Frankly, for the price, you could hire someone else to take care of those things if you were unable. Some other companies quoted over $10,000 for the same service and considering I paid a third of that I am quite happy. I have friends who have been quoted as much as $20,000 for similar work. I would gladly use them again but just want to make sure others understand what they are getting. If you use Premier, you will get your waterproofing done right, by friendly folks, with no frills or extras. If you want to overpay and have someone hold your hand then look elsewhere
Alex and his guys showed up on time and completed the work in the time described. They cleaned up afterwards and performed all the work described. I would definitely recommend AMCO for basement waterproofing.
The entire project went very smoothly. The work was done in a timely manner and did not exceed the estimate. Follow up was also performed to ensure drain was functioning correctly.

What do customers in Winston Salem say about Waterproof Crawl Space?
It went amazingly well. The project took two days and the two men doing the work were conscientious, knowledgeable and communicated really well throughout the job. I now have a crawlspace I would be proud to show anybody and it has solved the problem of water flooding into my den and as well as the issue of moisture seeping up into the house itself.
