I booked Michael to hang wallpaper in my hall and master bath. He told me it would be a 3 day job. We scheduled the appt. and then he emailed me he was sick. So I waited another 2 weeks and he could only schedule 2 days for the hall bath. He came and papered the hall bath and left wallpaper glue everywhere. It was all over the walls and never wiped off. He also did not notice a big scratch on the newly hung paper in the center of the wall. Michael then continued to reschedule to come back to do the master bath. Needless to say on the 3rd time he canceled due to being 'sick", I found someone else. This is an example of poor work ethic and not paying attention to details!! I DO NOT Recommend him to anyone. Very unreliable and unprofessional

Great - personable and in and out, came prepared and no trouble whatever. I ran some errands, and went on with my day while he was working. Walls look fantastic.

Eric Cook, a general contractor, owns and quot;Home Renuand quot; and works out of both the Triad (Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem) and Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill...) areas. I asked Mr. Cook if he could fix some problems in my small home in order for me to turn it into a rental property. (I was a single mom and had purchased a 2-bedroom house before I remarried and we moved into my husband's house.) Mr. Cook offered a free estimate that was easy to understand, thorough and reasonably priced. Mr. Cook even helped me work out an agreeable payment plan (win-win) that enabled me to do the work. Mr. Cook began work in February of 2011 and the house was ready to rent mid-March. I was able to get my house rented for more than my original rent rate by April 1st! The response was overwhelming! Several couples who were interested in renting the house said it was one of the most beautiful rentals they had seen. I had 2 renters in line in case the first couple did not qualify! Mr. Cook did a really quality job bringing out period details (the house was built in 1947) in his choices of neutral paints for the walls and moulding, painstakingly repairing and cleaning the mozaic tile floor (tiny, square tiles in an intricate black and white pattern) in the bathroom, and fine-tuning the landscaping to help the boxwoods and pre-established garden stand out along the main walk. You always hope you can find a and quot;service providerand quot; that will treat your project with care and detail. I know I have a hard time choosing someone from a list in the yellow pages, internet searches, etc. that I can trust to do the whole job, a good job, not overcharge me, and someone you can count on. I have complete faith in Mr. Cook and Home Renu after seeing what quality work looks like. Also, knowing that Mr. Cook can be a resource for all things home improvement-related, I won't go searching again
They came when they said they would every day, were very professional and made sure everything was perfectly to my liking before calling the job complete. I highly recommend Five Star!
Came home after being gone for a week. Found that an electrical outlet stopped working. Went to the circuit breaker and found that the sewer pump circuit breaker had tripped off. Ryan Coleman from ROBY came out to investigate. After going through several circuits he found an electrical outlet outside had been connected to the Sewer Pump Circuit along with another inside outlet ! This was done by a previous electric company-nothing else should have been connected to this dedicated Sewer Pump Outlet. Ryan disconnected the other circuits and fixed the Sewer Pump Circuit. Ryan was Great. I would have never figured out that an outside outlet was improperly wired and would have caused this issue. Thank you
Work was completed on time and constant communication was key. Very satisfied with the services I received and would recommend anyone looking to remodel or add an additional room to give them a call
Arrived on time and worked smoothly and quickly. Email-texting was a bit of a struggle setting up days and times, but all else was excellent. A bit more expensive than our last handyman, but Martin worked in a little bit extra work on each of his two visits, so we are pleased.
Bryan and his crew were very professional and reliable. In particular, Bryan was excellent in maintaining ongoing communication with us throughout the project. The work was done promptly: it was started soon after hire and was completed before the promised time and within the estimated cost. We are very happy with the work completed and will certainly call upon RBM for any future construction projects
Emily and her team did a superb job at my house. They stripped the wallpaper off two rooms, prepped the walls with primer and then returned in a few weeks to install the new wallpaper. Emily installed the new paper and did a tremendous job; not only on the quality of papering itself but also in her commitment to the job itself. To finish the job, she spent her Friday evening (until after 10pm) to do just that. I can't say enough good things about Red Spyder and would highly recommend them
