After over a year of spending money with negative results I finally found Pablo Lopez through Angie's List. It was a great day. Pablo answered my call on a Saturday and had a crew at my house on a Sunday making temporary repairs. Subsequently, his company performed extensive repairs on my house (due to water damage). He was prompt--on time every time; did more than promised; and, at every stage, kept me informed of the status of the work. I spent more money with several previous contractors, with dismal results, than I ended up spending with Pablo Lopez. He was a pleasure to work with. I recommend his company without reservation. Several of my neighbors, subsequent to my work, had Pablo do work for them and, they too, were very satisfied

As stated in another review, Phil is a perfectionist! He deserves praise for his professionalism, dedication, pride, and quality of work he provides. The retaining wall was in really, really bad shape with large patches of loose stucco. Now, thanks to Phil, it looks as good as the day we moved in. (He even took the extra time to find a paint store that would do custom color so the masonry waterproofer would match the house.

Pablo and Daniel Lopez and their crew of skilled craftsmen were a pleasure to have on my property from start to finish. Each day they arrived first thing in the morning (7:30-8:30) and worked through, sometimes to 6 p.m. and beyond. They even worked one weekend, at their request. Pablo Lopez told me at first meeting that his number one desire is to make the customer happy. This is completely true. Everything was done to my specifications or exceeding my expectations. My house looks new again because of the care and skill they put into repairing, sanding, priming, caulking and painting. Never have I seen such a hard-working and pleasant group, either. They were always respectful of the fact that they were working on someone's home, and they were a delight to have on the property - even on the noisy days of pressure washing and power sanding! Pablo Lopez believes in making the homeowner a partner in the process. He kept me informed every step of the way, and he respected my input. But the skill level in this company is so high that after I had a chance to watch them for a couple of days, I decided that the best thing to do was to stand back and let them do their work

We had a couple of places where the EIFS stucco trim going into our garage was damaged, and that was the main reason the company was called. The owner, Phil, asked if he could walk around the house to see if there were other matters that needed to be addressed. Ultimately he provided powerwashing for all trim and gutters, repaired the damaged stucco, and reworked some trim and roofing issues. He was very professional in his communications and his work was excellant. I'm not sure what he used to pressure washing, but the trim looks better than it has in years and much better than when washed by others
