Excellent company. I have used them several times and all times they were prompt and professional. I had a pipe burst late at night and it was freezing outside and Pete came and fixed the problem and worked until past 1 am to get my problem fixed. On Dec 5 (a Sunday morning), the first toilet overflowed from underneath, flooding the bathroom. Then the second toilet filled up and wouldn't flush, causing the shower drain to back up. I called John's for emergency weekend service and the repairmen were here by noon. Although it took them quite some time to find the problem with the clogged drain, they were finally able to unclog both toilets and explained to me exactly what had happened. Once the sewer line was clogged, the first toilet (an old model) overflowed from the bottom due to a worn-out seal. I had been planning to replace that toilet because it used an inordinate amount of water to flush and the seat was too low for comfort. The repairman told me he could order a new toilet and, if I had the work done within 30 days of the emergency repair, I wouldn't have to pay for a second service charge for installation. I took him up on the offer and the new toilet was ready for installation within 4 days. There were some mixups and several instances of breakage before they finally were able to install the correct model, but I am very happy with my new low-volume, comfort height toilet

I hired Mr Hammaker to install two toilets and plumbing for a shower and bathroom sink. One toilet leaked and Mr Hammaker went to great lengths to locate the leak. He determined the toilet was leaking through the china. He removed the toilet twice to find the leak. He ran the waterline underneath the house and made the connection under the house. Two days later I called him back because I thought my hot water heater was leaking. He was quick to respond to my request and returned to determine that the handle to the hot water to the washing machine had lost the threaded filler. He does a professional job. He efficiently evaluated the problem, removed the toilet, snaked the drain x 3, evaluated the line via video, and then went above and beyond by competing 90% of the cleanup of this disgusting downstairs bathroom. This was an amazing experience with an expert plumber who quoted me a reasonable price prior to beginning, and then went above and beyond his duty to help me clean up the sewage left in our downstairs bathroom. I would most highly recommend their services in the future and will use them for all of our plumbing needs

This is the second toilet that needed to be replaced in the house and this one was doing the same thing as the first one in the bonus room-the tank was slow to refill and there was a constant trickle of water. Replacing the guts were unsuccessful. Since this toilet in the master bath was doing the same thing and it was the same brand and age as the toilet in the bonus room, he suggested to replace the toilet to same money and time. Prior to replacing the toilet, I called the company because of a sewage smell in the house. When I called for an appointment, he asked many questions and suggested a very simple solution. I did as he suggested and the problem was resolved without any expense or a plumbers visit. I have been using Blevins Plumbing for approximately 30 years for many different plumbing needs in 3 houses. He has always been very prompt to respond, efficient, clean and neat.
